this is a very well-run Starbucks. the baristas are very nice and helpful when it comes to deciding what drink i would like. i was greeted upon arrival and my order was made with speed, without compromising quality. i come here to study and i always look forward to it!
Didn't have much interaction with the employees, but this is a great Starbucks location. Its right across from Triangle Park so, it was nice to go sit.
Super cute place, I love the baristas here! Orders are always timely, the gentleman at the register was very sweet, and the ambiance is awesome! Great place to hang out with friends, room to spread out and study as well.
Went to the Starbucks on Main and Broadway tonight while on a dog walk with my fiance and daughter...the Barista guy with the long hair literally made our night, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made our drink a little less sweet as we liked. Plus I had to leave my dogs outside with my daughter and fiance as he made our coffee and kid hot chocolate and as we were leaving no one was inside because it was close to closing time and he ran out the front door to send his love to our dogs! A+ it's the little things! There were a couple people walking in at that moment and he quickly acknowledged them and politely excused himself to go inside and get back to it! Wish I had caught his name because he's a keeper!
Chris was working the counter by himself and had multiple orders and customers going on for most of our 10 minute visit. He was calm, cool & polite beyond measure. He was simply awesome. Great job Chris!

Okay. They are back open and have been for some time. This Starbucks is at a great location in Downtown Lexington and I frequent this place (again) at least once a week. The customer service at this location has been top grade and the coffee quality is that which you would expect from a Starbucks. If for any reason you do not like your expensive ass drink, they will happily make you something else to ensure that you walk out satisfied. As soon as you do walk out however, watch out for the idiots illegally turning right off of Main St. on to N. Broadway.

This once great coffee shop is currently in litigation over who is going to repair the inside of the original store. It's been nearly a year and no progress. Their hard to reach, off the beaten path temporary location is killing their business and my patience. I live and work close to this Starbucks and they are apparently willing to let the store die. They keep cutting the store hours and the quality and service have dropped significantly. I hope that someone cares enough to revive this Starbucks.
I used to come through here everyday, and I never once had an issue with service. The staff are super friendly, and they definitely know their stuff. I also suggest people try more local coffee shops, there are a ton of them in the surrounding area.
