Inexpensive take out kind of place. I think the cashier knew most of the people who come in there. I was overall quite impressed with the quality of the food for the price. The buckeye brownie was amazing!
Absolutely amazing. The ice cream tastes great and is priced fairly, and you can tell the staff loves working there. My friends and I went to the Sweet Spot for lunch and got their pulled-pork nachos and they were SO GOOD. The sweetness of the bbq sauce goes well with the richness of the cheese. Could not recommend this place highly enough.
Food is always good, and prepared in a way that reflects their passion. This is a hidden gem for lunch, having specials with recipes they try to perfect for their customers. They also generally care about customers, openly advertising that they had loaner umbrellas during a rainy day. I don't eat sweets, but I find myself going in here multiple times a week for lunch hour.
Absolutely love the people, they are so friendly! The food is outstanding especially the nacho's on Thursday! I recommend The Sweet Spot yo any and everyone! Such a great atmosphere!
DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE UP. I was recently in Lexington for a convention and ate at this shop every day once I found it. It's a delightful family owned store with outstanding homemade lunches/baked good and easy on the wallet, too. Service was incredible and it was obvious that the owners love what they do.
My daughter and her friend attended an etiquette class at the Opera House and they brought treats for everyone. As I sat in my car and saw two men running across the street so excited to do this for the Broadway Buddies and thought it was a nice gesture The sweet treat was topped with a glass slipper. So cute
Good food. Left full for 6.99 plus tax combo. Friendly people who if they did not own the restaurant acted as if they did. I'm not a local but if I were Id be a regular. Keep up the good work.
