Great service and very friendly waiter. The food I ordered tasted amazing and the portions were very good for the price. To clarify on the hours: the bar is open until 10pm on weekdays, however the grill closes at 9. I came in during dinnertime expecting a wait, and there was none. The locals don't eat here frequently, as it's inside a hotel, however it's NOT a requirement to stay at Holiday Inn to eat here!
