I've never been to a fast food joint with such friendly staff. These folks seem to genuinely dig working at A&W, and why not? The food is consistently good, and you walk in knowing what to expect as opposed to other menus that change with whatever pop star is hot that week, or whatever. Just good quality burgers without the marketing gimmicks.
Food and service were great! My only complaint was the creepy old man sitting behind us blasting music from his phone. *music with lots of profanity I might add* he was creeping on one of the waitresses, she did a good job handling him. He was a major pest and was so rude to the other guests. I hope next time we return he is not there, but others made it seem like he's there often.
To start Shelby was our waitress, she has an amazing personality , attentive respectful an she is your experience. The food was great. But Shelby was the best service. I will come back and I hope to be served by Shelby. Thank you Shelby.
Was a great lunch. Fresh vegs on the burger. Onion rings and mushrooms were great. They bring it to your car in the parking lot. The girls are fast and friendly
Great service, friendly staff, amazing food. I will say it is a bit pricey for what it is but we stopped while on a day trip to Lexington & Croswell. It was a special day for my lady and grandson so I didn't mind
Extremely efficient, very friendly and helpful servers, yummy burgers and rootbeers in huge frosty glass mugs. Outdoor seating (kept very clean) and service. Dog friendly and accepts cr cards.
Always friendly, great food and awesome service. Hour and a half drive from home and stop every time on my way up north. If I could give more stars I would.
