Unfortunately, human error was a factor in the accuracy of the order. I think we are all able to understand that it happens and it is how it is handled that is the true testament to the service. There was a delay of receiving the correct food solely due to only one delivery driver servicing the store 😔. The manager was professional, courteous and accommodating! He had the correct food made immediately and sent it out as quickly as his solo driver could get it to us. Bravo to Caleb! Thank you so much!
I liked their Veggie Deep dish style pizza.
The staff is really good. I had asked for a clean blade cut since I dont eat other meats due to religious practice. They were right on spot, washed the blade and showed it to me.

Love their thick crust but my tummy can't handle that anymore so they have a tasty cauliflower crust for me and for my mom's allergies they're AMAZING 🙂 Gluten-free crust and sauce made without onion. Plus they don't skimp. It's the perfect topping load.

Just wanted to give this location kudos for "making it right!" I ordered my usual a couple of weeks ago & got it delivered. I opened it to discover that it was seriously overcooked & it looked dry, not juicy as I'm accustomed to. I called to complain & was asked if I wanted a credit or a new pizza, which I accepted & picked up while receiving numerous apologies for the error. I picked it up, was shown the new one, which was perfect [!], and the extremely nice young lady, I wish I could remember her name, again offered apologies, not excuses like the Mason location did this past weekend, nearly ruining my birthday dinner. I've never had a bad order at this location & I appreciate their amazing service!

Leaving another awesome review. Alexis showed me my order and same problem occurred again. She apologized once again & offered to remake the order. She also apologized when I mentioned my experience at the Mason location. Great job Alexis & this is why I continue to give my business to this location!

I absolutely love there pizza and they usually are not light on the toppings! The crust is good and thick, comes out cooked well. Bread sticks are good but there ranch, is a must!! There ranch is sooo good! Definitely recommend getting some.
Something that doesn't bother me to much but worth noting, there puzza's tend to be fairly greasy. But still good overall!
