Not impressed with the Blazin' Shrimp appetizer. Was supposed to be Grilled... Looked and tasted as if thawed, barely, warm. And maybe 10 small pieces. Perhaps the fried would have been a better option for the money. The spinach dip with fried/grilled? Pita was amazing. The fried pickles and house made chips... Too salty.
They've removed the salmon BLT. Was my favorite sandwich.
Opted for chicken quesadilla. It also was different, with some added mayo type sauce instead of only chicken and cheese, a tablespoon of wilted shredded lettuce and a couple of diced tomatoes, onions that was pico? The sour cream was ample, though.
May have to rethink lunch spot in Lillington.
Quality of food has dropped.

Well, they have great wings. But, prices have gone sky high (not really their fault). However, survive is suffering. Again, not all their fault. No one can get any decent help these days. (Blame Joe Biden). Last two times I went there, I ordered sweet potato fries to go with my boneless wings, neither time did I receive them. However, they were on the bill. Ice tea was hot with very little ice in the cup. Asked for a cup of ice and finally received it when I was almost done eating. Also, waiter does not have straws on their person. Again, after requesting straws for our drinks, we finally received them when we were almost done with our meal. Waiter writes nothing down. Says he can remember but forgot my sweet potato fries. Both times I just did without and after receiving the bill, told them to remove it from the bill.
Update : owner/manager replied to review in about one hour. Obviously, it is important to them that customers are satisfied. I was very impressed by that. We give them another try today and everything (food/service) was perfect. Thanks County Seat. I totally understand about prices being just as hard on diners as it is on the customers. Unfortunately, because of the economy, customers are going to expect only fantastic service from waiters/waitresses. The guy that waited on us today was extremely professional. Everything went without a hitch.
Did I mention, they have the absolute very best boneless wings that can be had anywhere. Give the garlic Parm a try.

But....One time I ordered boneless wings and they were crunchy and big, the next time they were small and barely breaded. Also, ordering cheese fries will get you one slice of cheese. Kitchen might need some consistency and quality control.
Otherwise glad to have this place in town
I've been to it a few times and it been great both time the waitress and waiter was awesome the food has always been great and I will be going back

First time in here. The Nachos are so large as an appetizer you better have a few folks! The Philly cheeses teak was awesome, but the sirloin version was very tough and hard to chew. Other Tha that the flavor was great, server was awesome.
The best club sandwich I have ever had. The waitress (Brianna I think her name) very attentive and polite. Me wife got the French dip and it was delicious.
I've been to the County Seat on two separate occasions and the service has always been professional, with good food, and a great atmosphere!
Just recently tried CS again and we've just about became regulars! Love the Cajun Shrimp Alfredo and salad. Husband loves the Club Sandwich and chips.
