I saw a negative review that really surprised me so I had to put in my 2 cents in as I am currently at Lazlo's having our usual fantastic service, beer & food. This has been our favorite place for a few years now. We keep trying others but usually end up saying "should have gone to Lazlo's" because either the service or food is not as good at other places & in my opinion the beer is never as good. Their service & commitment to customer satisfaction is above all others in this day and age & I find that alone worth a lot. I can't say enough good things about our experience there & at Empyrean Brewing co. I haven't found anyone who bends over backwards more than them to make a customer happy. Because of that we are a loyal customer as long as they keep up the great job. We are in no way affiliated with them but know what it's like to run a small business & think they are doing an outstanding job!! Highly recommend!
I ate at Lazlo's last night and had very tough prime rib and the gravy was not good either. I am not one to say anything about my food ever, but I had someone else taste it and felt the same about it. Just not good. So the waitress was amazing and said no worries let's get you something else. I ordered a filet and mashed potatoes with white gravy this time. It was out of this world fabulous! The general manager came over to make sure everything was ok and said don't worry I took care of your meal tonight. What exceptional customer service from my waitress and the general manager! And hats off to the chef for a great filet. Way to go making a negative a positive Lazlo's staff. I will be back soon.

We had a great experience! From the people at the hostess desk to the waitress and the fantastic food! The drive from Grand Island was well worth it!
Can not say enough about my experience - all good from service to food presentation and flavor. VERY HAPPY.
Their menu will please all types of consumers.
Located in a great part of downtown.

Great onion rings!! Wish I would of got a full order instead of a half, because they were amazing!!! If you ask for beer bread they'll bring you some for free! Get the rainbow chicken with the rice. You'll love it. Thanks lazlos for an amazing meal

I don't know where to start I love Lazio's! The food is always wonderful, the margaritas are the best I've ever had. I have never had a negative experience here and I've been a customer of theirs since I was just a kid. But it sounds to me like some of the staff still have some learning to do... Its better when everyone is on the same page.
