First time going was a good experience. Price was fair with portion size. Food was yummy. Service was fast and polite. Has free wifi and plenty of seating. We will return again.
Why 4 stars? Minor nit-picks.
We came in after the Sunday rush after 12noon (they have a church really nearby). A few tables could have been slightly cleaner (still had some sugar grains and minor streaks on them). Silverware had a few water spots still. Had a Chai Latte (no soy available, just skim and 2%). Bread-bowl had a small hole in it and a little soup leaked out (plugged hole with more bread). I prefer the flavor and texture of the bread-bowl at Panera Bread more (this bread was a little more dry, less chewy, & lighter/less thick).
I think they could have been slightly understaffed for that day & time period, but one more employee could have made a difference by keeping the place cleaner and just performed overall quality control. Maybe that's the managers job, not sure.
Excellent oriental chicken salad, super iced tea, great wifi, nice people...
