I had a little surprise birthday party for my husband there yesterday. It is a great place. Food, atmosphere and service was great as usual.
Some of us had the days specials and they were fantastic; not that the food on the regular menu isn't good. It always is!!!
Our server, Selena T couldn't do enough for us. We had our young grandchildren with us and she was great with them.
I would highly recommend The Lodge as a great place to go to eat!
Some of the best tasting Prime Rib I have every had... Salad bar is always kept up, dishes are ice cold... There is nothing to NOT like about this place. Prices are absolutely fair for the portions of food you receive.. Staff is always great.. most know the family and I by name... If I had to suggest two dishes to try if your a first timer... Try either the Prime Rib *with salad bar* or the Chicken Vermont... both, amazing dishes w/ even more amazing taste! If you are thinking about going on a friday night.... Considering calling ahead... it's busy for a reason... #BestPrimeRib

Great lobster! I never get a bad meal. The food is always good and the salad is awesome.
Absolutely fantastic. We had dinner at the bar with a friendly bartender, prompt service and a wonderful meal. Looking forward to another visit.

We've been there two times recently. Both times we were very satisfied with our meals and the staff. We did sit at the bar both times. Love the salad bar!

The Lodge will always be a special place for me:)) This was the place my boyfriend took me for a quick bite to eat on our first date. It wasn't until I went home that night that it became even more special! My Dad passed away a few years ago.. I was hoping my Dad would send me a good man:) Well, I truly believe in signs! My Mom and Dad went to the Lodge often. This was the last place they went to before he passed away, unexpectedly from a brain aneurysm. Why did Mike take me here?... I believe my Dad sent him to me! ❤️
The Lodge will always be one of my favorite spots to enjoy a decent dinner and more great memories to come:)) I was sent the best guy ever!!❤️

We go here all the time, then go to Twin Rivers. Never had a problem. Wish the Keno was better!!!

Food was great, I had the pistachio pesto salmon, calamari and red chowder. Our server was just as great - kudos to Janet! Definitely will be going back.
After sitting down at my table and looking around and thinking the decor was cute, my friend responded to my “trying a new spot!” text with “I had a bad experience there.” Instantly, I thought... oh boy. But I wanted to give them a try! So we stayed and ordered clam cakes and chowder and the Lodge burger. Our food arrived shortly after we ordered, and let me just say.... it looked and smelled AMAZING! the taste did not disappoint either! Everything was cooked to perfection and the flavoring was on point. The staff was amazing. Our waitress (sorry I didn’t catch her name!) was WONDERFUL! She put a smile on my face every time she came to the table! I solemnly write reviews but I felt like this place deserves it! I know my friend will be trying this place again soon also!!

She has set the bar very high with her work ethic and personality.
But then again, A great restaurant should have a great waitress.
