First time at Jack's and I liked the environment. Friendly staff and my order was hot and fresh. Good fries and the chicken sandwich tastes similar to Chick-fil-A. Will visit again.

Our first time here. There's a KFC next door and one of our friends told my wife and I it was better than KFC so I popped on over and he was right! The food was delicious!
Steakhouse melt was good, crinkle cut fries were on point, fresh and not over salted. Tea was also good. Service was great, very friendly and food came pretty quick. Sandwich was devoured immediately upon picture being taken. 😉👍👍
Delicious and flaky fried chicken. The dinner meals are a good bang for your buck even if they don't come with a drink.
Good food, but everytime i order and get home, they forget my pie, or french fries , or my hash rounds.
I like gravy biscuit, the biscuit needs help. Its supposed to be buttery but it falls apart cant swallow it. Try their crispy chicken fillet its awesome. All their foods good, just a long wait, not their fault fue to having so many customers
