Update: I visited this location and was quickly seated. The booth I sat in was fairly clean but there was reminants of food wiped on to the seat. Today was a four star visit again...bearly. The server was pretty good and she did return to check on me after my food arrived at the table. She brought the extra napkins and syrup as I asked for when I ordered my food. The home fries came out burned and she brought new ones to the table. One thing that truly irritated me on this particular visit was the inability of the assistant manager for this location to understand and process an electronic gift card from Bob Evans. if this assistant manager does not know how to process a gift cards she should not be the assistant manager. She initially told me that I could not use the egift card in the restaurant and the only gift cards that could be used are the ones she pointed to at the cash register. Really..?? So why are the cards sold to the public as egift cards? I received no answer. I had to explain to her that another manager took the card typed in the numbers and the card was fine. it took her several times for her to type in the number and to get it to go through after I was persistent about her using the card. Enjoyed a fast bite to eat and drink. The restroom was not clean. She also forgot to bring my eating utensils just after delivering my food.

Stopped here after Dropping my hubby off at airport. My Granddaughter and I had a leisurely Breakfast. Really enjoyed the coffee, pancakes, & French toast ,scrambled eggs, sausage & Bacon..Nice pleasant staff. Will come again!

Let's just say i wake up pretty darn hungry. The Chicken, potatoes, steak, and corn were pretty good and satisfied me. Customer Service was good.

First time ever at BOB. I really enjoyed the service here, my waiter were super friendly.. very engaging.. Food was phenomenal. Will visit again😎💺
