I’ve eaten here twice and had the walleye both times. It is, without a doubt, the best fish I’ve ever eaten! When the temperature is mild, the view from the deck overlooking the Arkansas River is beautiful. I would recommend to anyone looking for great food and an enjoyable evening. Top notch!
I have been coming to Brave since its "Huddle House" days. It has been consistently my favorite restaurant in Little Rock, especially for fish. Their fresh seafood is the best in town. However, right now, the star of the menu is the Heirloom Tomato plate which is the best appetizer I have had. See you tonight, Peter.
The server had to be reminded just once to refill one glass, but that was the only snafu of the whole evening. Despite that, the wait staff were all exceedingly friendly and the food was phenomenal. The cherry on top was Peter Brave walking around and chit chatting with as many guests as he could. Very indicative of the entire atmosphere. Plus, you can’t beat that view.
Thank you Peter for the wonderful dinner. You never disappoint. Everything was wonderful from the view, service, and presentation of the best tasting tuna EVER! Seeing you walk through and mingle with old and new diners it isn’t hard to tell each and everyone matters at “Brave New”. � If you have never been it’s a must, just be prepared to have a New favorite restaurant.

Great restaurant. The bread comes out from the oven still warm. The food is fantastic. I had the Duck with duck, which is a pan seared duck breast with crispy skin & grilled smoked duck sausage, with lingonberry sauce,wild rice and roasted veggies. The sauce complements the duck and rice perfectly. It's now one of my favorite restaurants in Little Rock.
Absolutely loved it all! The ambiance, the view and the food! Omg the food was absolutely wonderful! I would definitely recommend especially around dusk on a warm evening.
The atmosphere was amazing, we sat out on the back patio and were able to watch the birds and geese. The food was extremely tasty and flavorful, and they had a great wine selection. Our waiter was awesome and friendly. Thank you for helping us celebrate our anniversary. We'll be back for sure.
Amazing!!! Really enjoyed our meal. Loved the grape/cheese appetizer. Was great being out on the deck late in Nov... heaters on. We all had great meals & had parts of each others. Duck, chicken , pork... all great!
We ate here last night and had a wonderful time. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect. Our waiter, Ben was attentive and helpful and answered questions about the food regarding allergies. We would definitely recommend it and will be back if in Little Rock again.

Another wonderful family birthday dinner last night at Brave. We have been celebrating there for more than 20 years. Our favorite dishes are walleye, scallops, mixed grill and chocolate creme brûlée. Seasonal heirloom tomatoes were a great summer appetizer. Excellent service, peaceful views. Best restaurant in town.
Had the mushroom tart for a appetizer and walleye for dinner. Just so good. Service was excellent.very hot evening so just couldn’t do the deck but the view was great.
This is my favorite place. If I'm asked where I'd like to go, the answer is Brave New Restaurant! I can't say enough about the food, the service, the wine selection, the atmosphere...it's all so wonderful! And, Peter Brave takes the time to come by our table, every time, to ask about our experience. What more can I say? I love it.
Delicious food. I had the trout and my husband had the pork tenderloin. Great service. Great view and lovely breeze. It's pricey, perfect for special occasions.
Excellent food and service! My wife and I went yesterday for our anniversary and we loved every aspect of the restaurant. From the scenery of the lake view to the food and professionalism of our waiter! We will return again upon our next visit to Little Rock!
Brave New has been one of my favorites for many years. They never ever disappoint. Wonderful food, atmosphere and service. Mr. Brave is such a nice guy and tries hard to ensure that every guest is taken care of like a friend.
