It was our first time here and there was a one hour waiting. As soon as we were seated, our server got us water and menus. We started off with some French fries, chicken wings, cheese nachos and coconut shrimp. The garlic dip served with the fries was fab. For the mains, we got chicken pesto, shrimp tacos, chipotle chicken sandwich, chicken tacos and clam chowder. All the dishes were delicious. The flavors were very fresh and the portion sizes were good. We finished off with their Belgian chocolate mousse cake which stole the show. Must try. Our server was very efficient and friendly.
We visitited the Taproom for lunch on a Saturday. The building is very nice and has an open style dining area with a large bar as well as outdoor seating. It was busy but the servers were quick and food did not take long at all. The fried cheese curd appetizer was very tasty and disappeared fast. We tried the Mac n cheese with a few toppings and were all enjoyed. The maple Buffalo chicken was a great combination of spicy and sweet. 1 star off as a member of our party got the pulled pork and was not as impressed. Many options of local beers on tap that change with the seasons. The current drink list was not updated so there were a lot of options that were no longer available. Overall, would definitely recommend this resteraunt.
The taproom and eatery is in an old garage that was once known as Downings Garage. They have remodeled it to keep the industrial charm but with a great restaurant atmosphere. The food is amazing!!!!! I highly recommend the chicken Bahn Mi tacos and the baked goat cheese as an appetizer. They also have a great craft beer selection on tap that changes every few weeks. And did I mention the tacos were amazing?!
Excellent local brewery, pub and cafe with modern interior,, local tastes, creative seasonal cocktails and extensive draft menu. Highlights were the baked goat cheese and meatloaf. Full bar made a stellar Long Island Iced tea.
We actually ended up here twice on our trip because we loved the food, drinks, and atmosphere. Recommend the cheese curds or baked goat cheese for apps and the lobster roll, Cajun mahi-mahi, or fish and chips for dinner. Beers were rotating on tap but we enjoyed all the ones we tried, plus their holiday/fall drink menu was awesome. Big fan of the pumpkin espresso martini and others told us the Bad to The Bone Margarita and the Poisoned Apple were also really good!
This is a great place, historic Firehouse put to good use. Full bar and wide menu for whatever you are hungry for. Overlooks the river running through Littleton. Was a short wait but well worth it. I had pulled pork taco with fries and my lunch mate had a caprese panni with field greens. Nice desert menu but had to pass from the large lunch portion.
We loved Littleton Freehouse! The food was exceptional. We had a very friendly server and the whole restaurant was very clean. Plenty of parking to be had behind the building.
I can recommend the Mac and cheese with steak on top...delicious.
Great artisanal beer selection but the highlight is the food. Scallops were beautifully cooked and the bacon complemented the seafood well. Healthy, light, and just the right amount of food. Service was great and swift.
We were so happy to find this place on our trip to New Hampshire. Our server Kathy, was very good and personable. The food was VERY good, and we loved everything we tried in our flight of brews. I had the nachos - delicious, my son had a burger -also delicious, and my husband had chicken tacos, which he was also very happy with. The sauces were all delicious. The atmosphere is fun, and cute. Loved everything about this meal and this lovely little town.
Almost everything was very delicious and generously portioned including the beer, peach burrata salad, and crusader curds. The burger was a low light. We ordered a medium burger than was cooked well done and served on an already deflated bun. They have maybe 5 NH beers here but the keg had kicked on the Littleton based beer. Service was good and the bathrooms were clean. It was not too loud.
What a great place… we have eaten here at least 1/2 dozen times this year and it has always been excellent. In spite of sometimes being very busy (as it is very popular place), we have never had to wait too long, and have always been able to enjoy a beverage if we do have to wait. The food has always been great and so has the service. We highly recommend it to everyone! 😀
Abigail was our server she was a great server. Food was amazing. We ordered Maho bites, Caprese sandwich, Pesto chicken and Argentina bowl with pulled pork. All the food was very good. Atmosphere was very nice also.
Attentive Staff, after a long day for them. Good food. Good taste. Huge portions.
The food here is amazing! I had the pretzels and crab cakes for appetizers, I’d recommend them both. Staff was very kind. Amazing service and delicious food. Definitely planning to visit again. Couldn’t have asked for a better night out.
Absolutely amazing food and a good sized tap list. I ordered the honey buffalo wings and they were my favorite part. We couldn't stop talking about how good the food was all weekend.
The proportions were alright, they could have been a bit bigger for the price. The food was very flavorful and tasty. Also we did have to wait for quite a while for our food, but it was busy so I recommend calling ahead to make a reservations. We got a chicken and salmon dish and it said, “mixed vegetables” on the menu, and it was a bit odd to see just some lettuce thrown on the plate as the “mixed vegetables”... not what we were expecting at all. But the chicken and salmon both tasted good. The burger was a burger, and tasted good, so were the fries. And there was something called a crusader dish which was very interesting and good too.
Super varied menu. Great spot for a group as everyone will find something they like. Prices are similar to everywhere else in the area. The gluten free menu has a lot of options and the GF grapefruit beer they had last I was there was delicious.
One of the best kitchen in town. Real good and tasty food. Serious chefs and friendly charming staff (Abigail). Looking forward to explore the menu again. Few cocktails but all very tempting. Great execution here too. 👏
(4 🌟 rating for ambiance... tv's are always distracting from enjoying meal and company. TV + good food aren't an obvious match. That said, we'll go back anyway).
Food was delicious, beer selection was great, service was great. Food was very surprising for a basic pub menu, one of the best pub foods I've ever had. Maple Buffalo chicken sandwich was off the charts. Highly recommended. Dog friendly too outdoors.
