Stopped by after having a sweet tooth during the week. It was during the week on a chilly night, so there was only 2 other parties there. There were 3 workers, so they were able to make the orders quickly. I always pick my own flavors and mixings, but they consistently make it the same. They usually pack in the ice cream and mixings. Overall, good ice cream with fast service.
Ice cream was great- just like Cold Stone! However, we were less than impressed by the service… While there were only 3 people in front of us, it took a while for us to be served. The one young man seemed to be new which is totally fine! But he asked for my order several times, barely even mixing in my toppings and leaving a fourth of it, including half the brownie, on the counter and not putting it in my bowl.
This is not merely to bash, but hopefully give some insight for improvement.
Nice and busy staff. Long line when I was there and it was a bit slow. Everyone was working hard though and then cream was what you probably expect from a nice cream shop.
