So glad they finally opened in livermore, best chicken flavor ever, they should sell the marinade at the counter.
One suggestion, serve beer.
Staff is friendly and always working hard. Food is always delicious. Their prices are reasonable and the $5 meals are worth it. I can't think of the last time it wasn't. Inside is always clean and tidy. The only downside is they sometimes don't have enough stuff. Today there was only two people working and the lady was running around working her butt off. Because of this she forgot to add the dressing and tortillas into my bag. I'm not upset because it happens and it wasn't like she was sitting around doing nothing. If you decide to come to this place just remember that these are hard-working people and they are doing all they can with the little staff they have.
Love this place! Good fresh food. I've tried most items on the menu and they are all pretty good. As far as fast food chains goes this might be the closest to being authentic to the food is serving fast. Just had the barilla tacos today and was very impressed. Good flavor, crispy shells and was really good dipped in the sauce. Wish they made carnitas, but everything they do serve is always much better than expected. Guess I've been going to Taco Bell for too long π. Whole different league.

For a quick chicken bowl, $5, how can you go wrong? Great chicken off the grill, with rice, beans, chips, salsa. π
Covid update 7/24/21:
Open for dine in. Outdoor seating with patio umbrella available. Self service fountain soda. Rotisserie chicken are crispy on the outside and a bit dry inside. Good for large families.
Good place for rotisserie chicken Mexican style. Plaza has ample parking with easy access. Place is not busy most of the time. Coke products.
I love to eat Burrito because Mom and You are having Lemonade with Napkins, Hot Sauce, Coca Cola, Cheese, Rice, Beans, Guacamole, Salsa, Tacos, Mexican Chips, etc...
Last Friday, I went to the Place called El Pollo Loco for Lunch in Livermore, CA.
This Restaurant is good.
But if you want to go to the Fast Food Restaurant, You might do it.

I just like to get some food to go the drive-thru is pretty fast with the service I just love their double chicken tostada salad it's my favorite. Plus they do have really good chicken I do like the way they grill the chicken plus the seasoning.Try the the beef quesadilla it is a good choice for a quick meal.
Nicely priced dinners and salads. The chicken is always tender.

One of my best experience in a restaurant thanks for the good service
The rice can definitely be improved, specially on Burritos. The rest of the meal was grand as expected. Good friendly staff. A bit pricy for getting some bottom of the pot rice that is as crunchy as Mac and cheese from the box before boiling.
