A high quality maintained fro-yo store. My first time to this location. Due to Covid times, there are NO TASTINGS available and there is no access ⛔️ to the RESTROOMS. The store is very clean and all the safety measures were seen at every step of the store. The staff is very friendly and happy to bear with any age customers with a smile. Right from the door all social distance instructions are very clearly mentioned. Highly satisfied with the ambiance and seating space outside. Will be back soon!!!!!!!! Happy us😊

UPDATED REVIEW: To 16 Handles' credit, they did respond to my email asking for a credit the same day. I am updating my review to 4 stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Do not use the 16 Handles App! I placed an order for a family 4-pack, plus 1 extra yogurt to be delivered. Including tip, the cost was about $50. I received a bag with 4 empty cups and 1 cup of yogurt. I asked the driver if a bag was missing, and he mentioned that he asked the clerk about the order and was advised that it was accurate. I called the store and was advised that I had placed two orders. When I explained that I didn't place 2 orders, I was then advised that they are working on my order and I can pick it up. When I asked why I needed to pick it up after I paid for delivery, I was advised that Livingston doesn't deliver and I was mistaken. When I asked to please cancel my order, I was advised that I had to do it. I logged back into the app and found that, unlike Seamless, the 16 Handles app does not have a way to reconcile issues other than writing to a support email. In other words, if 16 Handles makes a mistake, the consumer has to bend over backwards to get their money back. Bottom line: EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES. It happens. But what is not acceptable is a corporation making a consumer jump through hoops for their own mistakes or a staff member blaming a customer for his mistake and then doing nothing to attempt to address it. Best advice: DO NOT USE THE 16 Handles APP. Use Seamless - at least there is a chance to get your money back.

A little on the expensive side, but otherwise an awesome place. They even have a couple dairy-free options now. All of the flavors are delicious and unique and the toppings are plentiful. The whole place is kept clean and is well maintained.

Im from a small midwest suburb. While i like a lot of things of new jersey, i do miss the strong sense of community that i grew up with. 16 handles brings a little bit of that to my family. I know i know its a chain. But this one and the lady that runs it reminds me of the local sweet shop when i was a kid. She remembers my 5 year old. And theres just a sense of supporting and cheering each other on in life. The ice cream is good too. I mean 6$ for icecream is ridiculous too me but im old and its just inflation. My family loves it here. Every time my son achieves something he asks if we can go here. And everytime my answer will be yes!

Great customer service! My daughter loves the Birthday Cake flavor. They have seasonal flavors too. They are takeout-only right now, but there are a number of benches and places to sit outdoors very close by.

Love the selection of flavors and now with more dairy free options my whole family can enjoy the treat. This is also a nice little shopping spot to sit and enjoy.

Yay for vegan froyo!! The staff was very friendly and the store was well kept. Got the mango sorbet and Oatly vanilla soft serve and it was a vegan dream come true :)
