Tried it today. Had Lent special. Cod sandwich fries and drink. Nice meal for 5 bucks. Reminds me of 5 guys but much better prices. Id give it a four out of five stars. We will be back.
Best fast food style burger joint around hands down. Every now and then you can get a mediocre batch of fries that are undercooked. But I have been coming here since it has opened weekly and rarely have a complaint. Price is a hair steep... and since they have openedthey have already had 3 price hikes!
Where's the love?. Like others, I don't understand the low rating for Bigg Burger. The fries are some of the best you'll find, and the burgers can be customized any way you want. The food isn't thrown at you the instant you place your order, but the service is always faster than I've ever gotten at Five Guys or any other comparable burger place. Overall, Bigg Burger is as good a fast service experience as you'll find.
Good Burger. I ordered the double burger with lettuce, grilled mushrooms, cheddar cheese and pickles. It was very good. I am on a low carb diet, and the burger tastes great without the bun...unlike McDonald's or Burger King. Huge selection of toppings too. Love this place and will definitely go back.
It's a bit like 5 Guys, but I feel it was a little less greasy. They also have more topping chioces, like different kinds of mayo and avacado. It is a bit of a wait, but it tastes really good if you don't let the lack of instant gratification make your attitude and food bitter.
Surprised at the low rating. Burgers were great and the fries are awesome if you like the flavor the bit of potato skin gives them.
The food is made fresh when you order (including the fresh cut fries), so you need to be a bit patient. And they use quality beef (I think Angus). It's a bit more $$, but tastes great. You can truly get a burger "your way", by choosing from a long list of toppings and spreads (ketchup, bbq sauce, etc.). Remember, this isn't McDonald's, it's a bit more of an upscale "fast" food, so it will cost a bit more and you need to wait a few minutes longer, but everything is delicious and worth the wait.
Great stuff - much different than the neighboring shake shack, but WAY cheaper. Out of principle, I’d pick this spot over shake shack. Only downside is they take a long time to make your food (15 mins for burgers and fries), but it always tastes fresh so it’s a wash imo
Been a few times now and my new favorite burger spot!
I've had the burgers and chicken sandwich and I gotta say I'm impressed. The ingredients taste fresh and look just as good. Burgers can be as simple or as complex as you like and can come with 15+ toppings including pineapple. The chicken sandwich was coated then cooked to order NOT PREBREADED FROZEN. Fresh cut fries and a coke topped it all off.
The inside is very well kept. Tables and floors very clean. Viewing area of the cooking area seems very well tended as well.
The staff is also great nobody stops working and is always looking out for the customer. Overall just a great place.
You get exactly what what you want from an extensive list of burger toppings. Very simple and done very well. I will be back again soon.

Remember when fast food burgers were still good? That's what is it's like at Bigg Burger (maybe even a bit better). The fries are made in a healthy oil, but still taste good. I love the shakes.

Burgers are good. Chicken fingers also good. Do not get both at the same time, you are not that hungry.

Fantastic fast food burger place. The prices are great and the burgers are delicious! The customization options for the burgers are incredible. This honestly might be the best burger place around as far as price, quality, and quantity goes. I wish there were more locations around.
This is a family favorite, kind of like Five Guys, but better and with more variety. Favorite menu items include the burgers (of course), chili, fish sandwich, and milkshakes. Service is not as quick as chain fast food, so plan for a little extra time, but the quality is definitely better.
