The beef ribs were really good and fall off the bone. The pork ribs were also good but seems like they should have been cooked a bit slower as the fat could have been rendered a bit more and meat a bit pinker. But we'll seasoned and tender. The sauce was very vinegary but I prefer dry rub anyway. Was pretty expensive as well.

Some of the tastiest brisket and coleslaw we’ve had in a long time. Side potions are generous. Curbside server was pleasant and quick to get us our food.

Some of the best BBQ around if not in all of TX. I live up in Milwaukee but travel to TX a lot as I have family that lives here. This is a must stop every time I come to town. Came here twice this time around and had there burnt ends, pork chop and chicken. The meat was awesome. Also had their pecan cobbler, delicious. Not disappointed at all. I've had others bbq but have yet to find a true rival to Coopers. Keep up the great work!!!

Fast service and Good food. No complaints. The portions are pretty big so you can definitely share with somebody. The coleslaw is slightly sweet and refreshing. The potato salad is deliciously seasoned and the bbq sauce is more vinegar based. I actually like the sauce a lot because it’s not too sweet. Also, they give you complimentary jalapeños, pickles and onions. Plus, the sweet tea is pretty good. 👌🏽

I routinely hop on the motorcycle and make the hour and a half trip to pick up truly the best barbecue in Texas. Their efforts for social distancing are effective and the food is outstanding. It’s always worth the three hour round-trip. I wish we had one in Salado.

Elite BBQ. Only went since I heard it from the song "My Texas" by Josh Abbot and was driving through Llano on the way between some state parks. Ordered Pork ribs, brisket and jalapeno sausage and the fatty pieces of the pork ribs were elite! Would recommend
