Went to the Carryout Café, Cathy was very helpful and always friendly. I especially like their pizza.
Normally I'd give the 5 stars but today I ended up in a checkout line with an older woman who chose not to let the scanner and machine do there jobs, she scanned each item but had a keypad on the screen and double entered all the info or something, on top of it she was bypassing the sale prices. So my grapes at $1.99 per pound were ringing up at $3.99, I said something for her to fix it and she got mad at me and took attitude but changed it to the correct price. Every item was like that. I prefer self checkout and will not go into one of their staff checkouts again.
I tend to choose this tops compared to some of the other tops and other markets around. While the have a decent selection, they are short on specialty foods (Asian, Indian, Hispanic) available at most markets closer to UB.
What makes this specific location the best is they always have ample registrars open with short lines. I truly hate shopping at stores that like to force you to self checkout, or that have 30 minute lines for the few other registers open.
I purchased a prime rib pork roast August, just had it tonight. No other supermarket competitor can beat Tops Markets pork. Thank you Lockport Tops!

I pre-ordered a trimmed and tied prime rib for Christmas and it was fantastic.. the best prime rib I've ever made. Hats off to the Butcher block. Also had ordered a filet mignon cut n trimmed that was awesome as well it was perfect for my beef wellington. Great job outstanding meat. !!
