I think Burger King is better than McDonald's. I absolutely love their food and if they can make a comeback I'd be thrilled. I wonder how many people fire up a flat grill in their yard? It's always a nice open flame that makes the food delicious and remember to click tongs three times before you touch food or the curse will get you!
Cashier was on-fire! Attentive, knowledgeable; asked if I wanted my fries salted, doubled my drink carton to support two large drinks, asked if I wanted ketchup packets! 10-stars out of five for her!
I don't know if this Burger King's management or owners have changed, but they have been nailing it every time recently! Food is ALWAYS fresh, quick, and tasty.
Presentation-wise, the food is made cleanly, with no veg or condiments falling out of the sandwiches, and they wrap them up nicely too.
Employees are efficient in their register duties and never impolite. They balance the in-store and drive-thru registers well, even when it's only one employee manning both stations.
Burger King has one of the best mobile order apps made. When I leave work 3-4 minutes down the road, I order and pay from my car in our parking lot. The order is always ready at the drive Thru for an easy and quick pick up. Very convenient for that burger craving. I customize my topping and it's always accurate.

Always have friendly and fast service when coming here. I've been coming here since the early 2000's.
No complaints besides more than a couple times I've gone and they said their system wasn't accepting credit cards. Not sure if they need an update or what. It just seemed odd that it'd happen seemingly frequently.
The location I was at, the man who entered our order was SO helpful and nice. Offered me a deal going on that wasn't showing on the menu (due to a glitch). But he still told me about it, and was very nice when I came up asking for more things.
Very friendly staff and the food appears to be made to spec and the orders accurate. Sometimes they don't clean the dining room as often as they should but other than that I have never had an issue there.
Very Good food at the BK on Willowcreek, our orders are made correctly and served hot. This Bk is great at making good quality foods. Keep up the great work Bk!
