Yummy and Fresh Pizza!! This is our goto spot when we crave for pizza. We can choose all the items for the pizza and comes out fresh from the fire oven. The best way to enjoy is eating it right there. Also reasonably priced. What a blessing!! And I want to mention the people working there. Hard working and trying to accommodate all our requests, give me mushrooms, spinach, this, that. They are patient and serving us with a smile inside. We are grateful for such a great staff and service. Despite the rush hour on a Friday evening (02/04/22), we got our pizza without delays. Staffs who worked there should be well recognized.
Pieology Pizzeria offers a customizable pizza at a reasonable price in comparison to Vegan pies in the Long Beach area I've come across so far though the price is probably not best for non-Vegan options. Gluten free bread is the only base bread Vegan option. The ingredients are decent apart though the full slice tastes best, to me, though I definitely feel like a Vegan base bread option with more seasoning can make the meal more flavorful. The customer service is on point. The establishment accepts Samsung Pay.
Staff was attentive and knowledgeable about their crusts! Impressed at their ability to describe the difference in taste between a gluten-free crust and a cauliflower crust :)

I enjoyed the place. The people that work there were kind and helpful. There was a bad customer incident out of no where that ruined the mood. She was yelling at the manager for walking past her when she was wanting to talk to her when the manager was running outside to give the previous customer her change. Some customer are so rude and special. The manager held her tongue and was so polite to the horrible human. Great place to eat.
They have a new crust option that says $3 for a half pound of cheese. Do not know if i believe it. The cut the crust in half horizontally and put in the cheese. My problem was that part of the divided crust had the cheese and other parts i could not tell. Would not purchase that option again. Otherwise, pizza was fine.
