We were watching The Pizza Show on the Vice channel and this place came up. AND today is national pizza day! So we came to try this out. Pizza by the slice is what I came for and they had plenty to choose from. We ordered meat Jesus, pepperoni and a slice of soprasetta with mushrooms. Nice thin crust but super greasy. They also had a Mac & cheese pizza and a brunch pizza.... next time! They have a great selection of bottled sodas as well as fountain drinks and beer on tap. Ranch is 50 cents extra for a small cup, the crushed red pepper was empty and they didn't have enough Parmesan cheese shakers so we were given packets. The place was a little run down, tables needed to be cleared and wiped down. Staff seemed a bit slow and lacking enthusiasm in cleaning and refilling condiments. Parking is in back or on the side streets.

Amazing new york style thin crust pizza. Awesome topping options from the vegan to the meat jesus and everything in between. Fun atmosphere there too, its in a converted house so its not got that typical restaurant feel.

My favorite pizza place anywhere. I’ve had pizza all over the world and this is still my favorite. I found this place (the one downtown LA) based on a recommendation of a friend. Found out about this one recently and it was just as good. The garlic knots are delicious but so full of garlic. So keep this is mind if you are on a hot date.

I live three blocks away and it's the first time in two yrs of living here that we decided to give it a shot, i regret not doing it sooner. You can get pizza by the slice or a full one. They have several options (maybe over 10-12), with an added beer menu as well as other meals. People here are super nice and well kept, definitely coming back as the taste was amazing!

Amazing vegan options. Great casual place, good quality food, affordable prices and friendly employees. Definitely recommend. Beer also available - perfect spot for vegans who are craving that Friday night pizza life.

I love it! The vegan Seitan Meats Jesus was amazing, one of the best plant-based "meat lovers" type pizzas I've ever had, and the garlic knots were on point, as well.. Plus, the pie was absolutely massive. The house turned restaurant was cool, as was the decor, and the staff was very friendly. I'll definitely be returning! Update 01/14: I got another Seitan Meats Jesus, but had to try a slice of this vegan mac n cheese pizza. This was phenomenal and I think I'll make this a Sunday habit. (Sorry for the bite, I couldn't help myself)
