OH MY GOD. THAT IS ALL I CAN SAY WHEN I THINK OF CHEE'S CHINESE FOOD!! IT IS SOOOO GOOD, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE, AND THE PORTIONS THEY GIVE YOU CAN FEED ALOT OF PEOPLE. YOU HAVE TO CHECK OUT THIS SPOT
This is the best Chinese food I feel in Long Beach. I remember 20yrs ago when the sit down area was opened to the public. I don't know why they closed down that area but the food has remained solid. I call in my order she says 10mins. Sometimes rarely it's 15 or 30mins but it's worth the wait everytime. When my husband calls she knows voice and his normal order. I remember the 1st few times I'd have to pick it up instead of him she was a little confused. I'd say my husband called it in. She'd just say awww ok. I like this spot you won't be disappointed
I love some Chee it's very authentic. My kids were so excited because we hadn't eaten it in a few years since my mom moved away. I would have gave 5 stars if my fried shrimp wasn't overcooked. It was hard. We did enjoy the orange chicken, beef and broccoli and the house fried rice.
I got the Special Chow Fun. It tastes fine, and the service was fairly fast.
Best authentic chinese food in town, been around since late 50's
I compare every other Chinese restaurant to this one and Chee always wins. The chicken and bean sprouts is my favorite, my husband loves the beef and broccoli, and my youngest son likes the special lo mein. Nobody makes better egg fu yung.
I came here unexpectedly on a Saturday night and it was busy. Lesson learned that order ahead of time especially on weekends. The food is hot if you are willing to wait. Overall, the food is good (orange chicken) and will come back again.
I adore this restaurant! They prepare fantastic meals, they have a nice menu, The cook in that place is a real pro, I enjoy very much trying all their dishes. The food is always good, the service towards the guests is efficient. I visit often this place and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend this place.
