The inside is SO SO cute. It’s like you’re in someone’s house almost. We got the smoked salmon wontons. They were amazing and well balanced. We also got the jerk chicken and the voodoo shrimp. Tortuga's is consistently the highest quality fish fare with flavorful Caribbean inspired preparations. Staff are top notch and very friendly. Cocktails are unique. Sangria is made inhouse. You won't find a better key lime pie.
Finally had an opportunity to check this cool, unique place out and I'm glad I did. Truly a Longmont hidden gem! Food, service and atmosphere were all great!! Will definitely return.
