The staff, management, environment, and FOOD is on point!! Just had a wonderful recovery effort for a little mess up on my to-go order. Totally satisfied, and pleasantly surprised with the wonderful service :) your night shift icu staff at the new Longs Peak Hospital will be back many many times!!!
Best food I've ever had in my life. Chebba hut is officially my new favorite place to eat. If I could eat there every day for 3 meals a day, I would.

I visited today as a part of the Discover Longmont Guided Food Tour and what a wonderful find this is! The VW buses, the fantastic murals, the excellent breakfast sandwiches, and the lovely young lady who spoke on behalf of Cheba hut all made this a great part of the tour!

Me and my husband went last night and we have never tried it but I heard it is really good from so many people so when we heard you were open last night we decided to go and we loved it...I got the Midwest Best and absolutely loved it and my husband got 2 different sandwiches and loved them both..we will be going here more often and the staff was super nice and friendly.
Fun atmosphere and theme. The toasted subs are second to none! Perfectly toasted bread and fresh ingredients. Plenty of Brews on tap. P.S. get the cheese bread you won't be disappointed!!!

I just found out about this place. Anyway, I can’t express how cool it is to go get great food until midnight! I’m a night person and I usually get hungry around 10-11pm so I was eating kid food, yes Captain Crunch, Fruit Loops, and just more sugar! I have been to the Cheba Hut like every evening for about two weeks. I am always treated with respect and kindness and when they give me my sandwich the staff gives me smile and a thank you. I love the staff and I appreciate that they’re not wearing full uniforms or running around. I have been eating the French dip mostly, however I have tried the pineapple & ham, the Thai stick, and at this moment the meatball sandwich which is delicious. Ever time I order a sandwich it’s so good every time.
I highly recommend this place for the food, the rhythm (energy) but mostly the staff.
I usually look over to the bar and see lots of folks enjoying themselves. I worked at “The Mercury Cafe” in Denver when I was in college, and the energy here reminds me of those days and reminds me that In Longmont, you can get a remarkable sandwich until midnight! Thank you Cheba Hut!
I ordered online and picked up. No wait. Sandwich was correct and very tasty. I got the Cali mist with extra Chipotle mayo worth extra money. mushrooms, cucumbers added extra for free. A bit pricey but so good.
**4-12-22 Another Great visit with my son he loved his white widow sandwich with his Kool aid. I can't stop eating The Kali mist my fav. Hash can drink amazing!
Had a phenomenal experience at the bar. John was incredible with the swift service. Even though it was a busy night. The food is top notch, don't skip on the garlic bread for your sandwich. Will be heading back sometime soon for sure.
I'm not a big fan of sandwiches but tried their mushroom train and it was fantastic, fresh, with no make-you-sick oils and dressings. A handful of veggie options which is rare. Will definitely go back to try every other item on the menu. Great staff great service, proper social distancing. Kudos.

Cheba Hut is one of our favorite spots to get a great sandwich, and this location is the best one we’ve ever been to! Their atmosphere is very welcoming and the music has been consistently on point. There is something for everyone on the menu, and the customer service is incredible!
