The view, the pier, the sun, just incredible!
Eating with the pigeons not so much!
The mushroom burrito was a mistake, nothing incredible! The bacon in the BLT was made from the morning not fresh!
Heard the burger was to die for. I guess I might have to try it next time !
This was my second time here and I loved it again. Love the atmosphere. Waitress seemed a bit blunt and kinda gave a take it or leave it attitude. Food was awesome with huge servings, you can probably feed two people with any salad you order. Will return!
One of my favorites spots in Malibu.
1- food: perfection, beautiful food presentation, taste.
2- view: perfection: one of a kind. Surrounded by the ocean and the beautiful mountains across
The only thing about service is that you have to order yourself and pay first before you even set down. Some times it’s hectic. But over all the place is on top of my list whenever am hungry

It was my first time in Malibu and the first shock was about the 15$ parking ticket just for the Malibu Pier. The place is great, beautiful and warm atmosphere inside, excellent view from the outside and perfect for lunch with an ocean view.
The staff is not really welcoming and kind but ok. I had a breakfast burrito that was excellent, like the potatoes and the sauce, amazing.
My girlfriend ha a focaccia with mozzarella and prosciutto crudo and here comes the second shock. They coocked prosciutto crudo! I’m from Italy and it’s simply not acceptable, please don’t do it anymore or simply don’t use prosciutto crudo. Anyway nice experience
Sorta touristy... sure. Expensive parking yes... crowded definitely. Worth it.... yes. Food is always fresh and tasty. Service is very good. I mean working in this Atmosphere is surely a perk. The seating area is bright with amazing day light. Farm house asthetics bring a rustic feel to the dining. Bring the out of towners in for a unique socal experience.
Came on a Tuesday morning and had the pier and cafe practically to ourselves. The vanilla latte was delicious, the food was good, and the view was spectacular. We enjoyed our food and watched surfers ride the waves below us. There is a parking lot, but it's $15. So come prepared :)
It is a great place for a date.
The food was good 👍
Our server wearing sunglasses when he took our order😎.
You can't seat without your all group. Brunch starts at 11 am. Pier Cafe opens at 12pm.
They have a parking lot, but you have to pay $15. But you may can street parking.
Dogs are friendly.
Though my visit to Malibu Farms only involved savoring their impeccable iced latte, I must say, it was a delightful revelation. The touch of honey infused a sweet note into the deep, smooth flavors of the coffee, creating a truly exceptional experience. Surrounded by the tranquil ambiance of the restaurant, accentuated by the rhythmic symphony of the crashing waves from the Pacific, it was a moment of pure serenity.
While I only had the pleasure of a brief respite, I couldn't help but yearn for more. Malibu Farms' inviting atmosphere has me eagerly planning a return for a full-fledged meal experience. This sip of bliss was just the beginning of what promises to be an unforgettable culinary journey. A definite treat for the senses!
Located at the end of the pier with only two bathrooms that are shared with the public. You order at the counter and sit down afterwards. The food was tasty. No complaints and the dining area was well kept.

Great place for breakfast with a fantastic ocean view. Gotta get there early before 9am . Parking is next to impossible on PCHand the public parking lot is small , cost $15.00 to park and it fills up quickly.
Great little cafe with delicious food. The lines can be hectic but we got there early and had no line. We ate up top and had incredible views. LOVE this place.
Great location and view! Special cookie was amazing! The breakfasts are above average. Prices are average. Try it, it will be worth it. Parking is paid. Even if it's summer in the morning, the shadows are cool, be careful.
I've been to both the cafe and the restaurant and the cafe is definitely less refined in taste though the price point is around the same. One is a sit down table-service restaurant and the other is counter-service. The servers look tired and unhappy at the cafe, as others have stated. The cafe has also noticeably far more birds and it makes the eating situation a bit precarious should you need to get up for a to-go box or for more water since there's no table service. The salmon tasted average but I didn't like the sauce. It was a bit strange. The rest of the dish was delicious - roasted vegetables were lovely and the rice and quinoa was the highlight (go figure). I'll return to the restaurant next time but glad I tried the cafe.
Great spot for some lunch - lovely setting on the pier overlooking the sea. Tacos were excellent. You can’t reserve for lunch, so just arrive and if there is a queue, line up.
Cozy, relaxing and the healthy food is really making the experience great! We enjoyed chicken nachos and hummus. All tasty and well presented.
This spot is the bomb when it comes to food and the views are straight-up mind-blowing. The vibes here are all about fast tempo and high energy—it’s like a party for your taste buds!
Now, here’s the only bummer: they need to open up earlier on the weekends. Trust me, the struggle was real when I showed up ready to feast, but they kept us waiting for what felt like ages. And guess what? The line just kept getting longer and longer. It’s like they had no idea how hyped we were to dig into their amazing food.
But hey, let’s not dwell on the wait. Once those doors finally swung open, it was game on! The food was seriously top-notch, hitting all the right spots. And let’s not forget about the incredible scenery—talk about an Instagram-worthy backdrop! The combination of delicious eats and breathtaking views made the whole experience totally unforgettable.
So, my advice? Make sure you plan accordingly, ‘cause you don’t wanna miss out on this place. Just keep in mind that the weekend mornings might test your patience, but once you’re in, it’s a foodie paradise with a view. Get ready to indulge, soak up the atmosphere, and create memories that’ll last a lifetime. It’s worth it, my friends!
Good food , good service and serene ambience! Spent nice weekend dinner time with closed ones, shared endless laughter along side gushing wave sound. It was beautiful experience. We ordered pretty much everything on the shareable menu and portion size is pretty good. Their carrot cake with coconut ice cream is to die for. 🤤 Malibu Nachos are amazing. Zucchini Pizza was just okay , there are better options. Spaghetti squash lasagna was well received on our table (though was NOT my personal favorite) . Overall good experience.
Great view good service. Had coffee was very good. Sitting in the sun on a pier does not get better
