The food was absolutely delicious! I had the burger with bacon and egg white, while my friend had the Guacho! Both were great! I was afraid the bread would be too thick for me, but it was soft and yum! Her steak was super tender with lots of flavor (I snuck a bit). Overall... amazing!
One of the best breakfast place in downtown LA! Must go to place...
Egg slut was a fun experience, I really enjoyed sitting at the booth that was right by the entrance to the market place, which made me feel like I was eating outside. The lines were long, but moved super fast. Customer service was great, everyone was so friendly and ready to help with anything that I needed. The sandwich was amazing. I had the bacon and egg sandwich and the brioche bun was so buttery and soft it literally melted in my mouth! I will be going back for more very soon!
It seemed like just hype. And for some it might be. But for me, I never thought I'd taste an egg on a burger that tasted like heaven until I tried this place. Very cool atmosphere, amazing food.
This is my first time here, everything about the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was good, from the soft fresh bread, the real smoked bacon and the sirachi mayo, the price wasn't bad either. I'd definitely come back.
Waited for a half hour. Didn't regret it. Amazing food and great service (in spite of the them being totally slammed with holiday tourists).
I'm a breakfast hoe and Egg S.lut is my home dontchaknow (hahaa FB wouldn't let me post using the name coz it contained bad language, thus the "." lmao!)
Being in LA you're going to wait in line for 10 min the least but I enjoyed the food. The "Boxed Water is Better" water isn't worth buying so saved your money!
My daughter and I went early the line was short, we ordered our food my first time there, I live 70 miles away and best egg sandwich & coffee plus a great biscuit .
Definitely worth the 20 minute wait for the slut!
It’s located inside the grand central market, the spot with the longest line in the whole market but definitely worst the wait, it’s probably the best egg sandwich I ever had in my life, the truffle hash browns were the cherry top, crunchy and flavorful.
I also had the orange juice, and it tasted like fresh squeeze instead of artificial. I took one star out because the wait was really bad, it was slowest fast food ever.
Okay the only reason I am giving the 4 is because of the disappointing brioche bun.
Everything else was on point. The Service was top notch and the crew are proud of what they do. And for good reason.
After 10 years of being in business they are the quintessential quick quality breakfast joint...... keep up the great work.
Eggslut is located in downtown Los Angeles in the central market. Quick, easy delicious gourmet egg sandwiches. Worth checking out. Be careful if wearing white they are a little delicious mess. The hash browns with truffle were excellent too. Nice staff easy to order fast turnaround.
My favourite sandwiches forever!!!!!! They serve delicious sandwiches with eggs in them all cooked in different ways and their bread is the best! also their orange juice is so fresh and tasty.
The bacon, egg and cheese sandwich is damn good. The amount of bacon they loaded on this little sandwich were generous! Their little hashbrown was bite-sized ready 😊
The truffle hashbrowns are good! I am not a fan of runny egg yolk so this was not my personal preference. The bacon was generous. The brioche bun was toasted until it's fluffy.
The best egg sandwich I've ever had in my life. The egg was light and perfectly scrambled, the cheese added flavor without overpowering, the sauce added a zing, and the bun was so fluffy and delightful
Went there at 11am on a Sunday. Lined up for 30 mins but the Fairfax sandwich was worth it. You can add salt & pepper too to make it more tasty especially to the dripping fluffy scrambled eggs.
Nothing too special about the truffle hashbrown though.
Catchy name, fast service on the back side of Grand Central Market. About 10 in line to order on a Saturday morning, but the line moved quickly, and the food came almost immediately. Industrial feel - counter seating and tables outside on the street.
The scrambled egg sandwich had a nice kick to it, but the “truffle hash browns” were McDonald’s quality. Ended up spending $20.
The bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was great! The runny egg (though messy) is perfect with the bacon and cheese. The little hash browns are wonderful though the ketchup container is not quite wide enough to dip.
