This was some GREAT BBQ! In the LA area, this has some really good ribs and pulled pork. The Mac and cheese is a good combo too, and the cornbread almost melted in my mouth. The service was nice and very helpful with choices. The portions are quite large so come hungry!

Excellent all the way around. The love and care that goes into every morsel leaving the kitchen is obvious in every bite. The brisket is amazing and the turkey breast is delicious. Both were tender, moist and smoked to perfection. The collard greens are the best I've ever tasted. Even the beans kept me coming back for more. This is Texas BBQ at its finest. No need to leave the state, just get to Bludso's - you won't be disappointed.

The beef brisket here is to die for, totally just melts in your mouth. Pork ribs tips were flavourful but not as tender as I would have preferred. Cornbread and fried orca were pretty good. Generally a lot of people, so do either make a reservation or come during off peak hours.

Brisket, mac and cheese and beans with meat pieces were great. Bbq dinosaur rib was a little bit dry but still nice. Service was good and it was convenient that there was a bunch of tesla superchargers across the road.

I recently placed a Catering order for a Family event I was hosting,I only needed side dishes and a dessert for my event. The process with Bludsos from beginning to end was very smooth and professional, When I arrived to pick up my order, not only was my order hot and ready for pick up but they helped me carry the bags to my car. I highly recommend Bludsos whether you dine in or Cater, the service was top notch and the food was delicious! I will definitely Cater from Bludsos for any future events!!

Visiting from out of town from one of the bbq capitals of the country (Kansas City). Had to visit Bludso’s after watching a Bap Ross video. I had the ribs, brisket, and baked beans for lunch. All of the flavor were delicious, and the mild/spicy sauces enhanced the meat. The baked beans were honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. Shoutout to the pieces of brisket tossed in there. I’m excited to come back next time I’m in town.

A typical BBQ place and, well, I have to say that the ribs are excellent! As a friend said, is “something to die for”. We had some pieces of brisket (good but not on the ribs level), collard greens and beans. 🍺 was refreshing.

Husband and I went here for a dinner on a weekend. We ordered a full rack of ribs, which was AMAZING! Their cornbread was great too with their special butter. Definitely recommend their seasoned fries too!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bludso’s BBQ, and let me tell you, it was a culinary journey worth every accolade! From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat. The ambiance was welcoming and set the stage for a truly authentic BBQ experience. But let’s talk about the food - the dry rub chicken was nothing short of spectacular, perfectly seasoned and cooked to succulent perfection. It’s definitely some of the best I’ve ever had in LA. And the mac and cheese? Simply divine! It easily takes the crown as the second-best mac and cheese in the city, a creamy, cheesy delight that complements the BBQ flavors wonderfully. The BBQ sauce deserves a special mention too - it’s amazing, with just the right balance of tangy and sweet, enhancing the flavors of the meats without overpowering them. As I finished my meal, I was filled with a mix of satisfaction and a hint of sadness that the experience was over. I almost wanted to cry, knowing it would be hard to match this experience anywhere else. Bludso’s BBQ isn’t just a meal; it’s an emotion, a celebration of flavors that stays with you long after you’ve left. For anyone looking for an unforgettable BBQ experience in LA, Bludso’s is a must-visit. It’s a solid 10/10 in my book!

One of those places that leaves you incredibly happy! From point A-Z, an awesome spot for barbecue. Super friendly and helpful staff, always checking in and making sure we were taken care of. Brisket is fall-apart-tender and super delicious— if only able to get one item, this is it for sure. Lunch combo is a solid value and worth getting. Make a point to try out one of the desserts, definitely will not be disappointed.

The food was amazing and there is no wait. The environment was very relaxing and the employees were really friendly and helpful! Our waiter was wonderful as well. This is the only BBQ place I have found in California that is worthy of a good review.

Found parking close, ordered takeout with recommendation from a nice fellow at the register and was out the door in under eight minutes. Luckily I did not buy two of the beef ribs because the beef rib I did take home was ginormous. The beef rib was absolutely perfect, tender, not slathered in sauce and tasted like beef which is what I wanted. The macaroni and cheese was perfect but the greens had lots of pork or beef mixed in, maybe too much. All in all a terrific experience and I will return soon.

Love this place. Great spot to sit at the bar alone/ with a friend, nice atmosphere with big tables for gatherings, outdoor seating area as well. I also pick up lunch to go many times and love grabbing the smoked chicken or brisket sandwich with a side. The beans have brisket in them and I highly recommend as well. One of my go to places. If you go after 4 you can’t get sandwiches just a heads up.

Yum yum yum! It’s as legit as bbq ‘git In LA I love good BBQ and Bludso's definitely does not disappoint. Small restaurant located off la Brea, I Sat at the bar and was served quickly. Service was attentive, ambiance was cozy and southern. Went on a weekend during lunchtime, everything is serve all the carts, and they only have sandwiches on the weekdays. They said that they are known for their brisket so I decided to try the lean brisket and also the white meat chicken everything is à la carte, so I paired that with the coleslaw and I was pleased with everything. The standout was indeed the brisket, which was perfectly smoked, and is good as any brisket you'll find out there. Chicken was also spectacular. I have no complaints and will definitely come back.

We have been going here for 8 plus years. Food is always fresh, hot and delicious. Absolutely love the Mac and Cheese. I tried the Texas Caviar for the first time...the BOMB!!!! Pork Ribs fell off the bone. Rib Tips had a delicious bark around them. The Regular Brisket was amazing, loved how buttery the fat was!!!! CAN'T WAIT TO ORDER OUT AGAIN!!!

I decided to try Bludso's after seeing the restaurant featured on a TV show. Bludso's didn't disappoint. We ordered pork ribs, brisket, collard greens, coleslaw, macaroni and cheese, and honey butter corn bread. Everything was perfectly seasoned. Their service was very fast, and servers were very friendly. The next time I'm in Los Angeles, I will definitely eat at Bludso's again.
