these colorful fruits liven up even the richest winter dishes with their natural citric acids. it's a pleasure to work with a variety of citrus for the opening month of maude.

we challenge ourselves to thread this sweet & nutty flavored spring vegetable into each of the nine tasting plates, & as always when it comes artichokes, it's well worth the effort.
