So this is really a comfortable place to eat after a tired day. The food is really delicious with reasonable sodium amount that I and my girlfriend prefer. Although for a relatively longer wait than usual, it totally worth it. Love this place and will come back again.

Cash only! Small restaurant, but great for takeout. No frills, easy menu. Tasty, fresh food. The old woman who seems to single-handedly manage the restaurant is charming and friendly. I recently ordered to go: mee grab, green chicken curry, chicken pad Thai, and chicken larb salad. All fresh and delicious. About $36 for all of it. Menu isn't online, so I snapped a few pics of it. Looks like it hasn't changed in a while, nor will it any time soon.

Great food. I had the pad thai with tofu. Mild spice was a little too spicy but still great food overall. The lady who runs the place is very sweet and amazing service. I’ll be back

I’m from Melbourne, a food capital and know what good Thai food is like. This restaurant has some of the best Thai food I have ever tasted, true authentic flavours. This restaurant is an example of not to judge a book by its cover, the food is made fresh to order and takes a little while to come out but is 100% worth it. Not to mention how affordable the menu is! The little lady who works there is so sweet, despite her age and abilities is very switched on. A highly recommended Thai restaurant to eat at in LA.

Dropped in here the other night for a quick bite to eat. The woman working there was very nice and promptly took my order. Food was fresh and had a good flavor to it. Good value for the price compared to other Thai places in the neighborhood. Would definitely eat here again when passing through.

Very good food. Not sure if it's the best Thai food in the city, as some other reviewers said, but rather tasty nonetheless. Wouldn't go there if I wanted a quick meal though. I spent 30 minutes waiting to be acknowledged with only two other tables occupied (unfortunately, I'm not exaggerating). Once I ordered, the food came out pretty quickly. Those ladies need some help in there!

Been coming here since I was a child. The lovely lady who runs the restaurant has always been very kind to me, since the early 80’s. She’s seen me grow up :-) She’s not the same as before, but the food has not lost it’s delicious touch and authenticity of Thai cuisine. I moved-out of the area, but I always miss her delicious food and fried rice, that I drive 30 miles just to enjoy it, and take some home for the next day! The drive and the wait are very worth it! Till this day I have not found a very good satisfying Thai Restaurant that can beat this place. Thank you always Zuni for your kindness and beyond delicious food. - Erika <3

This is such a lovely restaurant. The decor isn't the best but the old lady who manages the place is adorable and we didn't mind the slow service. We had fried wontons, shrimp Rad Na, chicken fried rice and sweet and sour pork. Fortune cookies were on the house. Keep in mind that it's cash only. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat cheap, very good Thai.

Places like these are hard to come by. Another 20 years and they might all be gone. When you get there, go ahead and sit down, grab a menu. Sooni, the owner, will be out sometime soon. She has been there longer than I have been alive, and is there 7 days a week. She is the sweetest soul. Please dont go expecting fast service. Go knowing its a special experience, a true LA hole in the wall. Bring a magazine or a deck of cards and hang out. Its so cheap (cash only but there is an ATM next door) its hard to believe. Our favorites: pad thai, pad see eww, spring rolls, veggie curry, and fried rice, or orange chicken. Soups also great. We love you Sooni.
