I love pie. And I bake a darn good pie. I'm very particular about the crust. And this place makes damn good pies with beautifully golden and perfectly flaky crusts. The staff is wonderful and the vibe is perfect for me to sip a latte, enjoy a slice of pie and sketch. This is a wonderful and dangerous place to live so close to! Very grateful for its existence.

Best cute place ever ! You wanna stay all day there ! It's a bit overpriced but all food I've tried had a lot of flavor and the coffee is absolutely top notch, artisan style

Really cool place. I've never seen such an array of pies! People are friendly lots of artsy types on their laptops writing the next great novel or screenplay. Lol. Seriously a cool place to relax and enjoy a cup of java or tea or whatever floats your boat. Enjoy.

Great coffee. Savory pies are a tasty treat. Especially like the Thanksgiving pie and the bacon cheddar quiche. For dessert I love the banana cream pie.

I love this place!! Awesome atmosphere, delicious everything and a real place of support for artists. They regularly have live music and other fun events. If you haven’t been here yet, take the time and treat yourself. You won’t stop coming once you start!

This place truly lives up to the name. No matter which pie you get, it’ll be amazing. The chocolate banana bread pudding is our go-to, but the peach pie was also amazing. I highly recommend getting it heated up if you’re eating there. Also, the coffee is pretty great and the atmosphere is cozy and comfy. Highly recommended.

This is my brothers local coffee shop. It’s a great little place to sit, to unwind, and have a nice coffee or tea, it’s spacious. It’s interesting it’s friendly. It’s worth checking out! You wouldn’t expect it from the outside but inside it’s amazing!

Pie YES, coffee, YES... This place is serious about their Pies. A buddy is a super critical foodie...we got him Marionberry and Cherry whole pies. He made a point of saying "no one knows how to make cherry pies...but these guys know what they're doing...this pie is awesome" Also had the banana cream and coconut cream whole pies a few weeks earlier.for another event...spectacular. Earl Grey pie was decent...not my cup of tea (SWIDT?) but another buddy loves it and says there's nothing like it that he's ever seen. Just picked up a pecan pie and I can't wait for Thanksgiving a few days away because it looks delish. Savory Pie you say? Chilli Turkey pie was on point. Sammich? Champion sandwich was perfect balance of egg, tomato, avocado, greens, toast...100percent doing THAT again. Coffee? Espresso and coffee were great...don't go to "FourBucks" coffee down the street...support local and go here. Can't wait to explore more on their menu. Apparently they have live music too and an outdoor patio...don't know much about it as I'm a grab and go customer. Say hi to Jamie while you're there...she and every person I've spoken with there was pleasant and super friendly. Thanks for reinstating my desire to support local?

Very cool little spot in NoHo for coffee and pies. Atmosphere is chill and staff are friendly. Great pie selection and food selection. Food is not bad in pricing. Pies are a bit pricey. But delicious

Great coffe, great tea and great pies. I must say I‘m quick a fan of the Republic of Pie in North Hollywood. They have a great variety of coffees and the pies are just delicious. It‘s also a great place to get some work done. They even provide two hours wifi vouchers. The staff is very friendly. I can only recommend the Republic of Pie if you’re in Noho

Great place to grab breakfast or lunch. They let you have 2 hours of wifi, which I think is fair. The power was out at my place and I needed to pop in somewhere to get some work done - this place saved the day. The staff are quick and the restaurant is clean with an interesting ambience. I’ll definitely go back! For food and more visit insta@northern_maverick

I think I found my new favorite coffee spot! They have a huge selection of coffees and teas alike! The pie selection is great - savory and sweet! Love that they have milk alternatives as well. I had a slice of the peach cobbler pie and a soy chai latte. The pie crust is amazing - light and fluffy! The peach cobbler filling was delicious, a perfect amount of sweet and tart. I will definitely be coming back and trying the rest of all the pies!

Pies 100% fantastic. The drip coffee fails. It tasted off, sour and watered down. The seating is not comfortable. Service was ok.
