The pizza is very good. The service kept it from being a 5 star review. We stood in the ordering section for about 5 minutes without acknowledgment while a worker was pressing pizza crusts and ignoring us. Walked to register thinking we were in wrong place. Nope. Walked back to be ignored some more. Eventually a very nice woman came over and took our order and made it. It was ready quickly. The prices are stupid reasonable for LA ($5.85 for a standard cheese pizza). Cool pizza boxes also.
Very friendly service and good food.
It is build your own pizza, so how it ends up tasting depends on your creativity.
One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! The staff was friendly and the food was not expensive. I can definitely recommend it.
Anyhow, the pizzas here are good and the option to customize is a huge bonus. I couldn't believe they offered unlimited toppings for the same price!
I worked in this kind of pizza place and it's identical except for the oven. We had a traditional firewood oven made in Italy. The thoug was hand made in front of you. Everything is great about the food and ingredients. If you don't like your pizza maybe you doing something wrong at choosing.
THERE'S A JUST A DETAIL ABOUT THIS PLACE. Each worker should go down the line w the current customer that they are assisting. And they should not use the ugly nasty SHARPY (MARKER)
staff was so nice and made my order excellent great vibe in the store
Best Build your own pizza place in the Los Angeles area. Ten times better than Pizza Rev. The ingredients are super fresh. 😍😍😍😍
Good food people that take your order seem like they don't want to be there though
Love Blaze Pizza! They never dissapoint. My pizza is always super tasty. I tried the pickup option on the Blaze app for the first time. I ordered while out running errands.. Luckily it was slow. When I got there my pizza was ready to go. It was fast and easy. No complaints.
Super good pizza! The lemonade was awesome as well 😁
This review is not bashing the food, food is great but the service sucks. The employees just seem like they hate life.
Felt like I was pulling teeth just asking for toppings when I was building my personal pizza.
Maybe play some music in the restaurant to cheer up the staff a little bit!
Update: place is great better environment and friendly staff
It's my first time coming to Blaze Pizza and I fell in love! I've been to other "make your own pizza" locations and what was I thinking?! These ingredients are always fresh and they really care about customer service here. They went the extra mile to make my vegetarian pizza right, they even switched out their gloves for sanitary reasons! You cant beat the price either. I will definitely be back with my friends.
For me, I give them 5 stars because they offer vegan crust and vegan cheese. They gave parking available and close by 10 pm. Tgey also give the opportunity to build your own pizza, so, this is a plus. Price is around $12 per individual pizza and tasted good.
These Subway-style pizza chains are springing up all over the country (Mod Pizza, Uncle Maddio's, etc.), and Blaze is certainly very good. I enjoyed my make-your-own pizza. The crust was chewy yet crispy and tasted delicious. Service was quick and everyone was very friendly. My only complaint was the server seemed to skimp on the toppings. A large portion of the pizza actually had no toppings, and I think I was given 3 small slices of green pepper in one corner. You would have thought the lady behind the counter was giving up veggies from her own garden! Next time, I will just ask for more toppings until I am satisfied. Still, a minor quibble as the ultimate concern is taste, and Blaze certainly has a lot of that going for it.
I adore this place. All blaze pizzas, but this one is excellent. $10 gets you a large personal pizza with as many toppings as you want—literally unlimited. I have never left a blaze pizza not only satisfied but full and happy I didn't drop more than $10 on something smaller and less tasty/filling.
