A relaxing oasis with excellent, refined Mediterranean food and a lovely patio outside to watch the world go by on a great walking street - upstairs is a private dining room overlooking the patio with more formal service.

Came here with my boyfriend and enjoyed our valentine’s dinner. I would like to it’s an economic choice during the Valentine’s Day. We ordered the valentine’s menu, one starter, one main course and one desert, including champagne, only 75$ per person. And the server is friendly and conversable!

Great stop for upscale Mediterranean food on 3rd Street. I was a big fan of Churchill’s before it closed, but this is a great alternative. Super good food and courteous staff in a hip, classy setting.

Gorgeous bar adjacent to the Orlando Hotel with premium drinks. An SBE property worth visiting! Perfect for a celebratory night or a birthday.

The food here is amazing! Our group ordered a bunch of plates to share and we were all impressed. Even the things I wouldn’t have necessarily thought to order were fantastic. The service was friendly and very attentive. The Lotus flower cocktail was tasty. Has a great vibe. You won’t be disappointed.

I always have a pleasant time here. Their food is getting better and better. We had salami, lamb neck, branzino, pizza and a bottle of wine that we brought. I have not much to say because the food is SO perfect. The crispiness of the bread and the warmth is perfection. The lamb neck didn't smell and it was very tender. The pizza was one of the best pizza that I've had. Salami and the bread they give is amazing. The one and only downside is it's pretty pricey for the portion that they give. But totally worth it. So go prepared to spend money! Is it good for taking a date? YES YES YES! Family? Absolutely Park-inf? Street or valet Recommendations: if you bring wine you will have to pay corkage fee only depending on the size. I highly recommend bringing your own wine BC it could get really pricey.

Terrific dining experience. The ambiance and decor are just stunning and the Mediterranean food is fabulous. We shared the curry cauliflower and the beet appetizers. Both were plated beautifully and fresh and just great. My wife had the branzino that was light and flaky and perfectly prepared. I had the three meat kabobs-- shrimp, flank steak and chicken. Again they were moist and not overcooked which happens sometimes on skewers. The wine and cocktail list is extensive and very reasonable. Can't wait to go back and try the rest of what looks like an amazing menu!

Excellent Mediterranean food in a lively atmosphere. Great for family-style dining - or sharing a variety of small dishes with a group. Location is nice, but not quite as funky as Cleo's Hollywood location. Reservations recommended, especially on weekends.

Would rate it 3 star but the staff raises it to 4. Nice atmosphere. the restaurant has two levels but has a variety of seating including high tables, bar seats, around a coffee table and one or two long tables for groups up to 12 or so. The food was good but we had some issues. We ordered tandoori chicken kabob and salmon kabob and both came our very raw inside. Served as if it was a sushi bar but on a skewer, not kabob style. Chicken should never be served raw inside anyways. They were nice about it and took one salmon kabob off the bill and gave us a small additional skewer at no charge. The other issue we had is that each item came by itself and not in any sensible order. So salmon kabob came all on its own, so even though we ordered green beans and Greek salad, those came at different times. The last item served was the Greek salad which came at the end when all other items were gone...made no sense at all. The plus is that the staff was very accommodating and tried their best to make us feel at home and helped make the evening very pleasant.

The kabobs were melt-in-your mouth delish! We were not planning to go to Cleo initially, but when we arrived at Joan’s on 3rd at8pm & found it was already closed, this spot was aesthetically pleasing at first sight. We decided to give it a go. So glad we did. Friendly service, festive atmosphere, and fantastic food! What more could you ask for?
