Visited this Starbucks on Labor Day, just an hour before closing. Despite the error in our order, the barista promptly corrected it with a smile. Top-notch customer service accompanied by a spotless interior. The outdoor patio area is a nice touch to the experience. Highly recommend this location.
Stopped by to pick up a Frappe and Use the Restroom. ALEX attended me and I am extremely grateful for his proffesional attitude with me.. Im coming from Santa Barbara but anytime im near Hollywood Ill make sure to stop by this location. I want Alex to be recognized by Starbucks and his team !
I have many local coffee shops that I go to throughout the month. This Starbucks is in my top 5 for the best places to get a cup of coffee. This place is clean, the environment is friendly, and the the staff is so nice. This Starbucks is always playing cool songs in the background.
This is an amazing Starbucks. The whole team. Sarah runs an amazing team. I can choose between 4 or 5 that are close and I choose this store.
This Starbucks is conveniently located on the Cahuenga Boulevard.

When I was here the people were very delightful, I spent some time going from table to table looking for a place to plug in my computer. And was met with warm smiles and kind glances....
I always love Santiago, I don't normally go to Starbucks, but this one is specifically excellent... They're always kind and helpful, and there's this guy who is a Chilean who is mentally handicapped and is always very cordial and coming over and giving hugs:-) You know I love me some hugs
I don't like Starbucks coffee, but I sure can use one every once in a while from time to time, and this is the place to go.
Friendly staff and great coffee as usual! Has reserved parking for Starbucks customers in front of the shop!
A surprisingly friendly and welcoming Starbucks in the middle of Hollywood and Burbank! Bianca and Gonzo are the worlds best baristas.

Needed coffee and a restroom! Only one restroom with a line, but it was cleanish and we'll supplied. Coffee was typical Starbucks and the staff was doing a,great job getting coffee out the door.
Usually crowded and the parking lot is tiny very hard to get parking. The staff are great, orders are filled quickly and accurately. Great for app orders, just pop in and grab your stuff then bail. Usually well stocked and serves most of the menu. No nitro.
I have tried quite a number of coffee shops since moving here. To date no ones coffee has come close to being as good as here. I tend to like iced coffee the most and with little sweeteners. This place has been perfect everytime.
The dessert they have in the display always looks so fresh and good. I've had a few options so far and they have all been fantastic. Nothing has ever been overcooked or burnt, not even overly sweet. My new one is the ginger bread and it was amazing!
In the time I have visited here, it has been clean and organized everytime. The staff are always cheerful and friendly. They are always eager and happy to help. Tonight I had a great conversation with Elle and Christian, two great employees. I can't express enough how energetic, positive and passionate everyone is.
My only suggestion to Starbucks is to get an unsweetened version of one of their nut based milks. This is one restriction I have in my diet. So a non-dairy milk with no sugar would be excellent.
