Period.... Islands is just good period. I love the chill environment and the food/drinks. They have really good margaritas and appetizers. Love the chicken strips and the endless fries special is an extra incentive.
Incredible service and attention. Every single person who walked behind the bar asked how I was doing, and asked if I needed anything. Ameliana, (really hope I get this right, sure I'm not) was absolutely incredible. Kudos to the entire staff, but extra kudos to her. Employees like that deserve all the credit they deserve. The manager on staff was also fantastic.
Only recommendation, more flavors for the wings. Hotter options, and more flavors. Cooked too good to not have the options.
Always have a good time here. Best thing here are the margaritas. Burger was terrible. It's like nowadays the chefs don't take pride in their work. Jus fast food wit no love or dedication. Just another job

I ordered a BLT with extra bacon and I was not disappointed. Absolutely delicious and not too expensive. Friendly staff and a nice clean atmosphere. 👌
Loved the place! Ran by great management! Sorry forgot manager name for the night. 😩 But the team was friendly, accommodating, nice, food was delicious! Wednesday margarita special is great!! 🔥🤤 I have to return to get the managers name! It was a great first time at this location. Haven't been to Islands in too many years. Management changes occasionally but location and staff keep this place as one of the best if not the best Islands location ever!
Chicken wings!!! If you don't get them, you're missing out. I get the burgers a bit more medium and they are delicious!

First timer and was not disappointed. Ordered the chips and salsa/guacamole, wings and fries green beans for appetizers. The green beans were fantastic and the chili sauce for them was so good. Their guacamole was also super tasty.
The burger (Pipeline) was really good but had a bit too much mustard for my taste.
Service was excellent and our server was really friendly. They also played good music :)
It was a late night dinner moment. I heard the tortilla soup was delicious and they were right, it was delicious and you can order a bottomless bowl. Our server was excellent loved his personality ❤️
So far the best Islands I've been to (I've been at the burbank and Santa Monica locations). The service was great. The food was decent. The margaritas are cool too. But I will come back to this one (I'm not going to the other islands)
I'm rating the food and atmosphere 5 stars, but the service 2 stars. Last night I came here for dinner and the service was not the best. I've had better service by other waiter/waitress. We were greeted poorly, with no smile. Waitress was very serious and gave off a "self-centered" attitude. She served me the wrong drink I ordered. 🍸
I enjoy eating Islands Impossible Burger which is really good. Me and my dad have been enjoy eating Island for a long time that their Menu and Meal has changed so much but it is still good. So when you order any hamburger you can substitute for a Turkey Burger, Veggie Burger, or a Impossible Burger but it is additional for $3.50. And you can choose which Hamburger Bun you like either White or Wheat Bun. They also have Sandwich, Tacos, and Other Good Food. So I recommend if you want to have a good Hamburger.
Having a thirty minute lunch break I was extremely impressed by the timely manner in which my order was taken and how I was served. I recieved a high quality burger for the price of a fast-food chain burger. I frequent this restaurant and in my observations, the staff as a whole has accommodated both large parties and single patrons, showing courtesy and professionalism. Try this Islands once and you will return.

There's always a table available and friendly staff too.

Fun place to wind down and good Happy Hour specials. People watching is fun in the outdoor seating area. Burgers are thin and juicy and the fries are good. Service was average and the place was okay clean. Restrooms were average as well. Try the onion rings!
I was sitting in bar area and as a single party especially in the bar one tends to "get lost" ...which is what happened with my 3 or so... regular Servers ,however Alex a new Manager provided me with a last minute excellent service experience this evening ! & he gets 5 stars !

If my memory serves me correctly, I’ve only been to this location twice. Which was several years apart. The first time was when the movie theater first opened. Which was very expensive to see a movie at that time. Which is probably why I didn’t return to that particular location.
Second time was when there was a Nordstrom Rack.. However, the Nordstrom store wasn’t there anymore. I was like, what? 🥴.. or maybe it is?
My fiancé & I were in the area and decided to stop at Islands and have an early dinner. We waited like 3 mins to be seated, not bad at all… Overall, the area seems dead. Like hardly any action around. Maybe because it was a Sunday. Only Starbucks, that wing spot, the theater and Islands were open. Pretty dull area.
…and have to pay for parking is ridiculous. 3 mins free. What? Most people exceeded that time. So yeah, forced to pay to shop.
Anyhow; the Food at Island was delicious. Especially the smoothie I ordered. My impossible burger was delicious. Very reasonable price point.
I would go back to Island, just another location.
I got a turkey patty big wave burger it was so delicious my husband got the Hawaiian turkey patty burger my daughter got the chicken sandpiper they were all so delicious and are a big size for the price we also got onion rings and sweet potato fries we ordered for pick up because we live up the street so glad we finally tasted this place it is now our favorite place to get burgers from mmmmmm I’m in love with these burgers highly recommend

The only suggestion I can think of is "a few more napkins ".
