OMG!!! First time here with my husband and our waiter (ASH) was AMAZING!!! Truly helped with choosing all of our dishes!!! Mongolian beef, dumplings, spicy chicken, chicken Pad Thai and two amazing alcoholic beverages!!!! Service was stupendous!!! Will definitely return and ask for him as my future waiter!!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS ASH !!!

My wife took me here to celebrate my birthday last night. She made reservations ahead of time through Google. We arrived early but they were still able to sit us. They first tried to put us at a small table where it was very tight because there was another table filled already so we asked for a different table. They sat us at a new table in the center of the restrauant and the table was dirty so we asked for it to be clean. Our waiter didn't seem too talkative and usually wasn't around when we needed things. We started off with the spicy green beans and hot & sour soup. My wife loved the green beans and we both thought the soup was good. For our entrée, my wife got the miso salmon with fried rice and I got the black pepper steak with white rice. It took a while for our food to come out but our waiter said it was the salmon holding things up. I thought my black pepper steak was good like always but they give less portion now. My wife loved her salmon but did not like the fried rice at all. We both thought the rice was too hard so maybe they didn't added much water or cooked it for too long. We ended the night with getting the great wall of chocolate cake which was fulfilling.
Our food was good, server was friendly and outgoing. Atmosphere/ tables we alright but not super comfy. Expensive for what we got but we don't have it in Canada so we always try to stop at a PF wherever we go. Prices have sure gone up since we visited last. When we exchanged it into cdn dollars we spent over $200 for 3 dishes and 2 drinks. Yikes
Great dining experience! Our waiter, Ash, was AWESOME! He was SO friendly and provided GREAT service! I loved how he did his job with a big beautiful smile on his face! Shout out to Ash!
Been coming here pretty regularly as of recently. Our server ash was awesome. He had very good service, was friendly, and did things with care. All the waiters are amazing overall but ash was really awesome.
The atmosphere here is very nice and subtle. The service was good. I had the Mongolian beef, Kung Pao chicken and an order of fried rice. The Mongolian beef was delicious! Very juicy, saucy and cooked perfectly. The kung Pao chicken was delicious as well, not too spicy in my opinion, but I do love spice. The fried rice was returned.aybe it was an off night for the fried rice but it was way too salty and heavily doused in soy sauce- very disappointing. Again the service was good because the server kindly took it off the bill. An ok experience. Maybe I will try this again if who I go with actually craves this.
For these pictures I had one experience a few days prior and fell in love with the experience and service so much I had to come back for more. About $40 to
$50 for 3 cake slices but it's a lot and worth it. 2 times in the last 8days I'm loving it. Going back for a bar experience next payday. Going in with smiles and excited to enjoy myself with great service.
ASH IS AMAZING. From his charisma, to his funny jokes and EXCELLENT service. I would come back to this specific PF Changs just for Ash. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. They do not do customer service the way he does anymore. Thank you so much Ash for an amazing time with my boyfriend and I 🔥😜👏🏽
I've regularly visited this PF Chang's (5 times? 6 times?), but my most recent visit truly deserves special recognition. My waiter Miguel truly went above and beyond: he was extremely personable, made home run recommendations on items I'd probably never order myself, and was extremely attentive as it felt like I was the only table he was serving without being overbearing (and it was BUSY).
It's a rare experience to not only have the service rate as exceptional, but the food/drinks as well. I'm a huge fan of strong drinks and diverse dishes and I felt that my experience really reflected both of those things. The manager Jose made time to come to our table and I really appreciate that he was able to hear out my feedback on how remarkable Miguel's service was.
There's a lot of places to eat and I can't honestly say I'd remember them all, but because of my visit I'll definitely recall the fantastic experience here and be sure to return soon.

Food was Delicious! Our friend Brian provided excellent service and the place seemed peaceful for a Friday night. We ordered dishes with "Chang's" in the title which are their recommended items, didnt disappoint!
We had a great experience dining at PF Chang’s tonight. Our server was Ash and he was friendly, attentive, and provided great service. The food (especially the sesame chicken) and ambiance was excellent too. Can’t wait to go back!
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time tonight. It’s all thanks to our waiter Ash. He made the experience a lot more welcoming and was very helpful with recommendations. He was also really nice and had a very enthusiastic attitude and it made our dinner night much more enjoyable. Unfortunately we didn’t have much cash on us, if we did, we would’ve tipped more. The most we could tip was $10 cash.
Haven't been to this location in awhile, ranging even before Pandemic.
So with the proper Vaccine ID in hand for me and the family went during lunch . It was pretty dead for a beautiful Sunday afternoon. I counted that as a plus although I'm sure the general manager had a different take on it then I did from a business stand point. The service was great.. well especially since the staff was unoccupied for the most part. I will give them the doubt and assume the level of service is standard no matter the occupancy. Joe was very attentive, "Thanks Joe!" Anyhow we started off with my favorites "Dynamite Shrimp with Siracha Aoili" and tasty tangy "Hot Sour Soup" and after two years it was worth the stretch. Hit up the main dishes with "Kung Pao Chicken" "The Signature Beef Lo Mein" and tried something new the " Beef Bulgogi Prime Strip" all of which was very tasty. Glad I came by to get reacquainted with this long time Los Angeles staple.
I haven’t been to P.F. Chang’s in a few years. My friend and I decided to go for dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal of kung pao shrimp and stir fried eggplant. Our server, Ash, was phenomenal!! He has great personality, juggled many tables with ease, and made our experience fantastic!! Thank you, Ash!
Ash was the coolest and most personable waiter I've had in a long time! I definitely want to come back just to have Ash as our server again~! He was attentive, quick, and super sweet! :)
Our overall experience here was great! Our server Brian B went above and beyond! A few people in our party had never been to Changs before and Brian made some excellent recommendations. All of the food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. We’ll be back for sure!
Good food and great service. The Buddha's feast was good but lacked flavor and had way too little tofu. The lo mein chicken was delicious, would get it again. The spicy breaded shrimp was delicious, my favorite. The drinks were okay, peach boba was much too sweet and the cucumber lemonade was too bitter. I would still recomend this place as i have only tasted a fraction of their dishes and their service was great for the occasion.
