Cozy neighborhood diner with kind service at the counter! Food was great with sizeable portions for the price! Perfect place for a quiet breakfast not too far from the LA area.
Small restaurant with mainly Salvadoran breakfast. I had "El Clasico" and it was really good. Food came out delicious. We ordered hot chocolate and it came in this really cute honey mug to fit the theme of the restaurant and it's name.
Service was quick and everyone was nice and attentive. Gave a positive atmosphere.
Parking is in the back and small. A little tough to maneuver if you have a bigger car.
I got a simple avocado turkey bacon sandwich with fries. It was tasty but I was especially happy about receiving a 56oz mason cup of horchata. I wasn't expecting it to be in such a big cup. Food was good and prices are decent. My friend and I came in close to closing time so we were grateful that we still got to eat there. Rodney (hope I got it right) was a good waiter too.
My sister raves about this place and took me here to get brunch. The waiter was very nice and accommodating. I had the chorizo with potatoes, I couldn't finish it but it was decent cant wait to try their other dishes. The hot chocolate comes in their cute little cups, which I would recommend.
An American-Salvadorian breakfast spot that is more savory than its name suggests. They have a classic sweet options such as pancakes, waffles, and French Toast, but the heartiness of their Salvadorian style breakfast at a really affordable price is where it is at. It has a diner quality feel and the food has that "made at home" comfort to it too. They only have street parking and a few tables indoors with no outdoor seating. A bit of a hole-in-the-wall, but good service and good food!
The Classico is a solid breakfast with scrambled eggs, rice, plantains that were filling. The Mojarra Azada (Whole Fried Fish) was prob my favorite. Very filling and cooked well! Came with some thick tortillas and rice that were really filling along with a blended up bean dip. The Horchata is really good here too! Def recommend!
Literally the BEST French toast I’ve ever had!!! Everything was so good here. You might have to search for a parking spot, but it’s definitely worth it!
Great location and great food. The wait was 10 minutes and I ordered the house special with eggs, turkey sausage, hash brown and sweet pancakes which was actually sweet and savory. I also got a hot chocolate with whipped cream. Great spot!
Great restaurant!Love the pancake and the fish. Went there at 10am in the morning and wait around 10min, my kids love the food! After we came out, there’s a looooong waiting people outside. If you want to eat, come earlier!!!
The breakfast here is always delicious! Best hash browns I've had in the city. I get pupusas for lunch but they disappear before that. Bless the cook. This is definitely a Sunday or any day cool breakfast brunch or dinner spot. ❤️❤️❤️
WELL! wow what a place, you go inside the door is cracked so you can walk right in, then you can smell the beautiful food they are cooking. Incredible 👅 , makes my mouth water! Highly recommended!
The fish a la diabla is A MUST 🔥 Very spicy and flavorful. The rice and beans were delicious. Also friendly staff and clean place 👌🏼
Amazing! Very great service and a very homey feel. The pancakes are unique and delicious and everything else we got was perfect. I’m new to LA and we came because of the reviews and it lived up to our expectations.
Amazing service and amazing food. Definitely worth a visit. Horchata is NICE. Pancakes are a treat...
Unassuming hole in the wall breakfast spot with a nice mix of classic American and Mexican dishes. Tasty and affordable. The turkey sausage was very dry and lacked flavor, but pancakes definitely did not disappoint.
I love the vibe, the restaurant and music it played. The food was amazing, definitely a memorable place. It's family friendly or amazing for a good a date
