Hello, This is my official review for this restaurant. I highly recommend and greatly approve of this establishment. Even after much critique and a return visit. I have confirmed the food here is amazing the sauces and spices used within are to be commended upon. The Lamb Tikka Masala is great as well as it is my second time ordering it. I have eaten a couple appetizers ( Meat and Vegetable Samosa) with the Mint sauce and Tamarind sauce which are both exquisite, even an infusion of the two sauces really is appealing to the palette. As well have I tried the Prawn Poori. If you read negative reviews pay them no mind, I am hardest on the critique of an establishment. This place is well worth the visit as well as it good on price for the quality of the food. Go here and try some great dishes. Thanks to all who took their time to read my review. Thanks and Cheers! -Georges

Our go-to Indian spot in Burbank! The first time, We ordered take out and they packaged it very nicely! Everything was still piping hot when we received it. Garlic naan was great. Thinner than most places. Chicken tikka masala had a good flavor, a bit on the sweet side. Good amount of meat. Coconut curry is my favorite! So flavorful. Rice is awesome. Great service, Alex, one of the main servers, is very friendly and such a nice guy! Tip: If you call in to order for pick up, rice comes with the curry! Grub hub and other 3rd parties charge extra for rice.

Service was good. We didn’t wait long to order or for our drinks and food. The food: Prawn Poori was the dish I enjoyed the most. Definitely 5 stars for taste and presentation Mushroom Biryani was my next favorite dish. Good amount of food. Almost felt like I needed to order more protein just to balance things out. Chicken Masala was good but I could’ve done without the chicken. It had some texture issues. Or maybe I was the one with the issue. Onion Bahji I did not like at all. What even was that? Over fried and too dry for my taste buds. Lastly, the sauces. Chutney & Tamarind sauces didn’t hold much flavor. They needed some zing. I would definitely come back to try other dishes but I know what to skip.

I'm delighted with my first experience at Salomi's! They have a delicious selection of vegan options to choose from and the service was warm and welcoming. My new go-to place for Indian cuisine!!!

I've been driving all the way from Redondo Beach to eat here for over 20 years. The food and service are excellent. I only wish they played a little Indian music to listen to while dining.

The best Indian/Bengali food in the valley. They have a lot of takeout demand, so plan ahead for the time to prepare in peak hours. Mushroom biryani and rogan josh are our favorites.

The first Indian restaurant in LA where I’ve loved the food. Thank you for being authentic. Being a Londoner and a yogi that has traveled to India, I definitely can tell the difference between good and bad Indian food. I’ve become a regular here and brought several of my friends and students too.

Amazing food and great service. The waiter was very friendly and helpful, probably the best waiter experience. I tried the chicken masala, lamb bryani and the tandoori mix and all of it was phenomenal. I’m most definitely coming back.
