Easily seen from traffic in busy downtown LA. MY soy mocha latte was the perfect temperature and the ingredients tasted fresh. Friendly baristas are always a sight for sore eyes! Plenty of space to sit comfortably and even to study/read.

Great, spacious and recently renovated Starbucks. Staff is great but the facilities really shine. Super big area for picking up and ordering drinks, as well as nice seating. There’s also an area outside the door with a drive-thru style window for people on the sidewalk to pick up mobile orders. Easily one of the nicest Starbucks Downtown.

I come to this Starbucks regularly as work nearby and like to get my cappuccino fix before my shift. Today I had an exceptionally pleasant experience with Daniel who was working in the front. Experiencing his genuine positive energy and sweet demeanor gave me an extra boost that coffee can’t provide. Thank you Daniel for your excellent customer service!

*Update: renovated location and much better service howeve, skip this location if you plan to plug up...there are no plugs. Plenty of tables though. A little less cold than other SB's in the area too.

I've been transitioning from vegetarian to vegan for about a year and a half (or two really) and recently I "fell off the vegan wagon" (again) but it's all good. This combined with a friend gifting me a $25 Starbucks gift card for Christmas made me think, since I already "fell", I may as well indulge myself (hehe 😁). It was hard to decide on what to get and even harder to spend $25 just on myself (still have $2.25 left on the gift card) but Batista Bridget was awesome!!! So patient and sweet as I made up my mind on what I wanted. I ordered: * Mushroom & kale egg bites * Caramel Brulée latte * Reindeer & Birthday Cake cake pops * Everything bagel * Avocado spread & * Salted potato chips Overall, good meal and at the end of the day, still (very non-meat eating) vegetarian (egg bites, latte & the cake pops) and vegan-slanting (bagel, Avocado spread & potato chips) and very satisfying to my "sweet and salty" toothes (yes I said toothes because they stand on their own individually not as a group of teeth lol) without making me fell stuffed. In addition, I made my own Avocado toast with the bagel and spread, making me fell spoiled, loved and cared for! Thanks my friend! The only change I would make would be to add salt and pepper to the egg bites (but the eggs were nice & warm and smelled great) and a bit more sugar to the latte but these were minor because the food tasted good without them and I could have gotten up and asked for these but I was too busy enjoying the moment so I deducted no stars from my review because this was something I could have controlled but was ok without at the same time. As far as my vegan transition, I will get back on track tomorrow going into the new year but Tah-day, I'm eatin' whatever I want and this hit the spot haha! 🤣

Never had a problem here. Friendly staff who seem to know or at least acknowledge their regulars. Like any other place, can get very crowded but still my go-to place when in downtown L.A. the cashiers are always very nice and overall, everyone is pretty helpful. Also, guy with the beanie is really cute. Bonus lol
