Came in for lunch and Christina was my server she was SO nice and friendly. I had fried ravioli and chicken parm both really good. If you want a really classic lunch or dinner stop by!
This neighborhood restaurant has been in the same location since 1967 and for good reason. Great low-key vibe, great and friendly service, good martini's and excellent food.
Very cozy. Service was very attentive. Waiter knew the food menu and the bar menu very well. I had the shrimp pasta (judy) and it was delicious. My daughter is a vegetarian and she was very happy with her dishes.
The chicken Dino was delicious. The toasted ravioli was excellent. The fettuccine Alfredo half order was yummy. The calamari fritte was just OK, a little under cooked. My guest had the chicken piccata which she enjoyed. Her lemon drop cocktail was refreshing. The Stracciatella soup was disappointing. The soup was bland. Overall a very enjoyable meal but I'm a big fan of Stracciatella and was let down today. Will return to try the other classics but will skip the Stracciatella.
I haven't been yet but I'm looking forward to trying out Carmine's I hear the restaurant and bar are fives across bars food service and atmosphere I'm going to try but I went ahead and screwed High because I believe in the reviews see you soon
Pizza options were limited, only two. We got a cheese pizza which was tasted cheap. The pasta was good, though. All in all, nothing special.
Food was delicious and the ole school vibe was Rat pack worthy like out own private club.
Quaint. Inviting. Service was lovely. Great bourbon selection! Really enjoyed the toasted ravioli and the Chopped Salad!! Definitely will be returning
I must have passed this place 5387439573948530 times. But finally had a business meeting set here and WOW
The food is amazing
Service is top notch
It's a bit dark inside but that is the old charm.
Definitely going back and taking lots of people with me.
The lamb chops (baaaa) special was amazing. WOW .... still can taste it.
Great food and excellent customer service. Really good people who work there. Highly recommended.
I love this place. The food is excellent!
The service is pretty decent.
The white pizza with black truffle is absolutely amazing so is the fettuccini alfredo with breaded scampi is
""off the hook!!!!""
You'd feel like you're in a real mafioso restaurant!
I recently moved to the area, and lucked out finding this place. Very cozy and quaint, authentic Italian vibe. Aesthetically appealing. The owner and bartender are so lovely. The food was delicious! I had the Chicken Picatta and the Apple Crisp with vanilla ice cream - recommended and rightfully so, incredible! A perfect place for either a date night, out with a few friends or even solo.
Historic gathering place for the rat pack, the atmosphere service and food at this classic LA restaurant lives up to its reputation. The dark ambience and full-time music combined with excellent Italian food served quickly and hot makes it a great stop. The chicken piccata was outstanding.
We ate in the Carmine's in Atlantic City, and our waiter Giuseppe was amazing. Every waiter and waitress should be as personable, nice and funny as him. He made our first time dining there a memorable one!
Top notch quality and service. Amazing food. Linguini and clams are so delicious. Good times are guaranteed
Intimate Italian hideaway. Good food, reservations essential. Sinatra ate here.
Every time I visit this Quiet, Warm establishment I enjoy it more. The welcome is warm, the food is wonderful and it is easy to carry on a conversation without having to shout. Try it. You'll like it too.
Absolutely classic Italian spot -- and I'm Italian from the East Coast. I am usually disappointed, and I am never disappointed here. The staff is always friendly and warm, the atmosphere is Hollywood vintage, and the food is like home. Some of the best Gnocchi in town, proper Puttanesca (most places can't get it right), and great red clams. A favorite.
