Quick service even though they were very busy. Adequate staffing. Drive-thru was also busy and the line was moving fast. Newer location, easy to access off the interstate.

My husband and I had the cream of chicken with wild rice soup. He had the bowl while I had mine in a bread bowl. (I think he got more soup.) Service was quick and efficient. The food was delicious. The restaurant was fairly clean although our table had not been wiped down and I saw several others also needing cleaning. The restroom was clean but the trash can was very full.

Ok, I've never been a Panera Bread fan until I came here!! OH MY GOSH talk about awesome customer service and patience. I never know what to order at places like this (kinda like Starbucks) but anyways - got the Mediterranean Bowl with some moral support from the lovely cashier/ TEAM LEADER Porcelain. I've always thought Panera is overpriced for tiny portions. At the window, one of the managers had prepared my bowl.... I asked for more arugula and LAURA hooked me up. Also there are free samples and I've never seen that before. THANK YOU LUMBERTON PANERA AT 5080 FAYETTEVILLE ROAD!! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!

I love Panera and this location delivered on the expected experience. The turkey bacon bravo had a generous serving of all toppings and the chipotle chicken on focaccia was soft and delicious as always. We love stopping at Paneras on road trips as it gives you great fuel for the day. Can't leave without a loaf of the tomato basil bread!
