I really enjoyed my Saturday meal here! The manager was very friendly and prompt even though she was working with just one other employee!
My food was fresh and tasty. There was no lack of customer service or food quality due to being understaffed. She even came to check on us. Round of applause to a wonderful dining experience and superb customer service from an exceptional female!
I have no complaints about the Captain D's in Lumberton at all. They have the friendliest staff the food was hot and fresh the prices are very reasonable and they kept the tables wiped off and clean and the bathrooms were clean I really appreciate it that. So I would recommend Captain D's in Lumberton anytime😊
They made a huge mistake on my order but the manager corrected it the next day. They gave me fish tenders instead. They would have lost a customer if they did not fix it..
