Just had the combo plate from the food truck at the taste of Edmonds and was blown away! The brisket was just ridiculous. And of course I mean that in the best way possible. The pork was also fabulous BTW. Oh, right, the potato salad was also first-rate.
Definitely going to have to go up to Lynnwood [from down in the Edmonds bowl] to get some sausage and/or kielbasa! Especially now that I know the drive is going to be absolutely worth it.
Food was delicious and fast for the place being nearly packed. Had pork, beef, ribs and sausage... Pork a bit dry but, great flavor and the other items all perfect, corn bread was awesome.
Beer selection was fantastic, great Stout on tap!!!
Experience was as awesome as Christmas without the annoying family part and shopping part.

I love the brisket and all the bbq sauce selections. Fun ambience and decor. Really fun place to eat.
My first time there and must say me and my wife was pleasantly surprised. The food and service was outstanding. I will definitely be back to try other food items on the menu. I have finally found good BBQ in Pacific Northwest.

I love stopping in this place after a long day and meeting up with some friends. The barbecue pork sliders combined with my crown royal on ice makes for a nice reward. I love the ambience inside and outside. I think their patio is pretty charming and I love that they have so many TV screens to watch my various sports games. Highly recommend!
Bomb ass place! Service was great, food and drinks awesome, even the owner came out to hang with us and talk about hockey.
Had the food at both Haywire and Lost Canoe and I can tell you the Mac and cheese and Brisket Sandwich are awesome!! Even the wife that hates BBQ gave rave reviews of the brisket Mac!! Keep it up!!!
Everything about this place is just right. Under promise and over deliver. Before I had the chance to randomly meet the owner and head bartender on our way to Hawaii. It was love at first taste. The pairing of Moonshine classic cocktails with brisket and other BBQ classics were impeccable. The service is homestyle with class. Really cool place. A little cold since the walls let a lot of air through but the food is great and the Moodshine Favorites cocktail list is delicious!
Simple enough..... my dad, wife, and myself absolutely love Moonshine BBQ!!!! The staff are great!!! Other customers are wonderful. I guess that owners okay too. � but seriously Tom's the best!!!!
The best hockey bar and tavern just north of Seattle. Very underrated given the friendly staff, great bbq menu, and rad interior full of hockey history and 6 HD screens! They even have a cool merch selection and mad props to their Humboldt Broncos tribute. Try those ribs, burgers, and poutine.
One of my all time favorite restaurants. I lived in Texas for several years and I can firmly tell you the brisket here is some of the best I've ever had. This is a great place to watch sports with friends, especially hockey. The staff is incredibly nice as well.
Despite this being a BBQ restaurant, they have plenty of options. Came here once with my mother who is vegetarian and she was still able to order sever good things off the menu. If you're drinking, I highly recommend the Bootlegger. I absolutely love this place and cannot recommend them enough!

Tried them out, after seeing their place while stuck in construction. Wow! I had crispy ribs, damn good and a meal, not appetizer. Brisket salad was nice size, lots of veggies on lettuce. Brisket had a really nice flavor and crust. Will definitely be back to try some other items on menu.
Absolutely wonderful place for dinner. My fiancee, and I split a 3-Meat combo (Kielbasa, Pulled Pork, and Smoked Ribs) and there was enough leftover for naxt day's lunch. The meats were all done just right, with great flavor and texture. The sides (Coleslaw, and French Fries) were quite good too! The Service was as good as the food, our server made us feel at home in the place, and made sure everything was in ship shape during our visit. 10/10, will be returning in the future!
There's a reason this place is called moonshine. You might think it's a regular bbq spot until you have a taste and it slaps you into reality. I've had bbq all over and this team knows what they're doing. Get the brisket. The pouting covered in that meet was so good I devoured it before I even thought about taking a picture so it's just an empty tray but if you look close you can see tears of joy. Get the brisket. I also got two different wings dry and wet with some chili and cornbread on the side. I haaate cornbread and I ordered four to take home. You can tell everything is quality because usually I'd feel drained after a meal like that but i left ready for more when I got home. So I'll be back. I'm bring my people so keep smoking that meat. Thank you and get the brisket.
Great environment, excellent cheesecake, fast friendly service. Go here with friends or family. Some of the meat was a bit dry but could have just been tonight. Three sauces on each table. TVs with sports. Outside area I didn't go into. The baked beans were amazing too.
