I meant to place an order through the mobile app for this location, but accidentally selected the other location also on 164th. I showed up and they asked for the name on my order at the pickup window. After they realized my mistake, they confirmed my order on my mobile app and immediately made every singe item for me. I got $30 worth of coffee and food made in 5 minutes flat. Every worker was beyond kind and truly made my morning. They could have turned me away and told me to go to the other location, which was not possible for me since I work in the same complex as this one. I was extremely grateful. I always have a good experience here!
Disappointed with the service. Cashier didn't ask if I'd like to use my app, so I missed stars on a coffee and a package of Via instants. Then the barista failed to alert me to my finished coffee. Sat there on the counter getting old and cold. A horde of employees more intent on chit chatting amongst themselves than caring for customers.
Update: I added two stars. Starbucks corporate customer service saw this review and went out of their way to make good. I didn't have the receipt, but they found a way to add stars to my account. What I really hope is that they (gently) persuade the local outlet management staff to sharpen the in-store experience just a little.
