07/2022 - I decided to give this another try after almost a year of avoiding this location as it is conveniently located on my way to work. I've tried it a few more times since then. So far so good. Everything seems to have done a 360. Pretty much always stocked up now with great customer service. I love the lady that works in the morning she's super friendly and so far Macedon now seems to have some of the best made food and drink out of the other stores I have recently visited. I'm not sure what they did to change things around but I hope they keep up the good work.
10/2021 - It's conveniently located and in an easy to get to spot but this dunkin sucks, employees can be iffy. I never know what type of service I'm gonna get. Occasionally it's amazing other days employees are rude and have unlikable personalities. They are always out of the things I like. Last 3 trips there they didn't have the only things I order. Pretty much gave up on this location. Last visit I waited in line 15 minutes to be told they didn't have the butter pecan frozen coffee flavor or the Boston cream donuts I wanted. I ended up going to the one in Palmyra to get my food instead. They are always stocked up.
My coffee was correct, and it was made very well. Staff not super friendly but they weren't rude.
To the lady thay helped me today at aproximately 530 I mobile ordered a lemonade refresher that you were out of so you offered the iced tea that I was hesitant on.. Pleasently surprised thank you 💜
Never messed up an order, has always been fast and friendly no matter the time of day! Usually at other Dunkin’s it’s always different from food quality to the wait of food even when ordering ahead. Will always go to this one from now on!
Great coffee with two donuts.
Same as most Dunkins. Pretty good but very expensive.
Besides the fact that the drive-thru line is always very long (they may be a little slow) But this morning I asked for a plain bagel breakfast sandwich and they stated they were out of plain bagels (weird for 10am) but I switch to a sesame. When I got the window, the woman stated that they just finished baking new plain bagels if I would like to switch back. I thought that was a nice touch
Nice people, online orders always ready when we arrive, generally, a good atmosphere with people sitting and having coffee, chats, etc...
Coffee is excellent, sonuts good, but the breakfast sandwich I ordered had well done toast. It wasn't burnt, the toast was VERY hard. Almost unpleasant to eat. My order was to go, so I didn't realize until we were in the car and left the facility. Maybe it was a one time thing, but nothing worse than being hungry, getting something good to eat and being disappointed when you eat it.
I don't have any issues at this Dunkin. Service is quick and staff is friendly. I haven't had the issue of an order being made wrong and I have ordered here quite frequently.
I like Dunkin and this one is closest to where I live. For some reason they will not double toast your bagle when you ask. If it was not for that they would be a five star rating.
Things have improved here. I gave them another try a few weeks ago and my bagle was the way I like it. Been here many times since and the level of service has improved a lot. Makes me happy as this Dunkin' is easy to park a truck at.
Always good and quick and convenient.
The drive-thru line is looking longer and longer these days with the social distancing however you really wouldn't know it because the drive-thru window is just cranking out the customers. Thank you so much for keeping me running on Dunkin even during the pandemic.
Mostly use the drive-thru. Food, other than donuts is okay. It's breakfast food, grilled cheese and other different sandwiches.
