I approve of the music choice to start with. I ordered a chocolate malt and I love that he gave me options. I mean it's just a malt but it's cool that he cared.
They have hudsonville ice cream and mooville ice cream.
My wife had to try the mooville because she has to try new stuff whenever possible.
And I get the same thing over and over and over again.

Loved it! Went there 3 times (yes, 3, we're big ice cream fans!) while in Mackinaw City and each time was great. If you order a "single scoop" it's actually 3 scoops, and you can get those in 3 different flavors if you'd like to try a variety. I highly recommend the Dole whip - when I got it the flavor was pineapple that day and it was light and refreshing and delicious. I also tried the raspberry sorbet, toasted coconut, and brownie cookie batter. All great! The staff there were also friendly and helpful.

Delicious ice cream shop in Mackinac City! I got a “single” waffle cone but actually came with 3 scoops. I tried 3 different flavors and they were all delicious- the lady there was very helpfully explaining the favorite flavors.
The flavor I got was plain old strawberry. It was very good. I left wondering if there was a hidden camera. I ordered 2 scoops. I was thinking one in the cone and one on top. What I got was a 5 gallon pal dumped on top of my cone. It was more of a meal of ice cream. It was hard to eat it fast enough before it melted even though it wasn't hot out. I considered cutting half of it off and throwing it in the trash so I only had to eat 2.5 gallons of ice cream. At least it was good, but then I ate too much because it was good. I kept considering throwing the rest out as I ate it because it was just too much ice cream. But it was good so I kept eating it. This can't be normal to serve that much for a reasonable cost.
Quick service. Friendly staff. Best of all, he wore a kilt!
Decent ice cream with seating inside. I enjoyed the Mackinaw Island Fudge flavor. But after having fudge on the island, I will stay away from fudge for a while. ^_^;
Ice cream is delicious. Kids loved it, nice flavors 😋
