My experience at this establishment was adequate, definitely not "sub-par." The subway franchise did indeed throw me in for a loop. I ordered the superior "Italian bread," but subway calls their plain bread "Italian" for some god-forsaken reason, after changing the bread of the sub from "Italian" to the almighty "Italian Herbs & Cheese." I was finally satisfied with my order; the meatball marinara was delicious, just what I was looking for during a frigid winter night. If you can try the "Soda Bomb," it consists of all the drink options at that specific subway location. It's delectable and surprisingly scrumptious, one of my favorite drinks. I rate this place an astounding 4 out of 5 because of the "Italian bread," the bakers/sandwich connoisseurs were friendly and understood simple mistakes. I oblige that you reading this should try the peculiar drink and eat the mouthwatering food.

Fast, friendly for the most part. You could tell the girl had been there all day. overall good experience though.
Best Subway around hands down! Always fresh and always good. The staff are always super friendly. The one lady, wish I knew her name compliments me every time I go in and the first time she did I was having an absolutely horrible day so her simple compliment saying she liked my shirt meant the world to me. :) I never have to worry about this Subway being closed unlike the Subway at Canal and Schoenherr that closes randomly sometimes during the middle of the day. At least I can always rely on this Subway being open. I will purposely go out of my way to go to this particular location.
I love this establishment ! This is one of the finest Subways in all of metro detroit ! The petite girl with the long ponytail braid made an extravagant sandwich! ๐๐๐๐ป I ordered a meatball wrap with double meat and cheese and it was sublime !!! It was wrapped so tightly and neatly! ๐๐ดShe made my food so fast and I have never had a better experience in my life! Iโll make sure to come back... ๐ด๐ฅ Eat Freshโข๏ธ๐๐๐
4* review because Jess was amazing!! She was the ONLY person with a name tag!!!! The older lady was very slow and the new kid was acting like it was his first day. The minute we walked in, I already caught the new kid doing something unsanitary, but after mentioning to Jess, she had him go in the back to clean his hands.
This place is just like every other Subway.
1) new kid doesn't know what's going on.
2) employee who's above and beyond, and
3) older lady who's lazy and slow.
