The service is always excellent, everyone who works at this Hy-Vee makes your shopping experience easier and the managers are great!
I ordered a cake ahead of time and unfortunately when I went to pick it up it was nowhere to be found- somehow my order and another customers cake orders were not made. The reason for the 5 star review is that the managerial staff was extremely helpful in resolving the issue as all of the bakers had gone home for the day. They were extremely apologetic and helped get a cake in my hands for the event. It may not have been exactly what I ordered but mistakes happen and their response made me feel like they genuinely cared and wanted to remedy the situation. Thanks again!
I absolutely love Hy-vee!! They were out of the hyvee light Italian bread and gave me the more expensive light bread at the hyvee brand price. The Hy-vee on Whitney Way is great!!😊👍🏽

Ordered a cake from HyVee this weekend for a party. I had never ordered a cake from HyVee before or seen one that they've made so we really didn't know what to expect. When I ordered the cake over the phone the man taking my call was super friendly and helpful. The cake went beyond my expectations for a "lake themed" cake for a going away party. It looked awesome and tasted great!

The bakery professionals at HyVee on Whitney Way did a fantastic job on the high school graduation cake for our party. I just drew out what I wanted, and they made it - better than I even imagined. And it tasted as good as it looked! Really impressed!!!
I'm a big fan of Hy-Vee. Their delivery service program is a no brainer if you have a busy family schedule. Once in a while you'll get a substitution that might be questionable but never costly. The store itself is always clean and well stocked with fresh produce. They carry all the brands that I like and have great store brand alternatives to save money. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. They also have great options if you just want to grab a quick lunch or dinner for yourself of the family.
Lovely food for a great price. If you're looking to have a complete meal for less than $10. The Chinese food there is really affordable and nice. They also have lots of vegan options too for those interested. One of the best side of Madison is Hyvee
