Very timely service, everyone is always super nice and very helpful. My experience today was by far the best I’ve ever had, I drive by in the morning to see what the flavor of the day is. And depending on the flavor I’ll stop by in the afternoon to get a scoop. I stopped in and the drive thru was very busy, so I opted to go inside. I noticed they had changed the flavor of the day, a manager overheard my conversation with the cashier. He gave us a very brief explanation and gave me free ice cream in exchange for them running out of ingredients for the other flavor they ran in the morning. 5 stars for Scotty and the rest of the Blue Crew!!!
Best Culver's in the area! I work next door and eat there at least once a week. The staff (especially the ones that deliver the food to our cars) are the most friendly people ever! Yes, it does get very busy over the lunch hour and I have had to wait up to 10 minutes sometimes (from the time I got in the drive thru line to the time I got my food), but I'm willing to for great food and the best customer service! I also stopped with my daughter the other night and had my first experience eating in and the experience was the same. You sure hire some great people!
Ate here today with 2 toddlers. Servers kept coming by bringing us ketchup, napkins, water and clearing our table. Awesome experience. Thank you for making my day easier! The kids liked the friendly staff too! :)

The fried cheese curds had cheese pulls, and even squeaked a tad! I feel like they change the recipe back to days of old.
Just got off work at 9:30 pm after a 10+ hour day and found myself really craving a burger and a shake. Drove 15 minutes to get here 15 minutes before they closed. There was someone in front of me in the drive-thru when I arrived. The gentlemen who greeted me at the window and delivered my food both had pleasant demeanors and smiles on their faces. There were three cars behind me as I was leaving. The food was exactly as I ordered it, and it really hit the spot. I just wanted to give a kudos to whoever is working the closing shift on Tuesday night for keeping up a good attitude and doing a professional job that frequently goes unappreciated, especially in the face of a late night minor rush right at closing time. Your service did not go unappreciated tonight. Thank you, and keep it up!

But when they screw up the order after waiting for 15 minutes in the queue? Then you have to wait for your order, get the wrong stuff? Park and head inside to order again and wait again? That part is not so good.
I visited this Culver’s during the week around 4:30, and the dinner crowd was already coming in. The drive-thru seemed to be the priority, but I walked in and ordered my food to go. The wait time was acceptable, the staff was plentiful and friendly, and the food was delicious.

One of those days I guess. First of all I do want to give Culver's props for their consistently clean stores, friendly staff and quality food for what it is. The other day they were not on their game though. Here is the rundown of the comedic experience: Drive-thru, busy night. Placed and order which included two pints of the FOD. When they brought the food out the custard was missing. So I had to get out of the car and and go inside. I told the tall, young guy who was apparently in charge that I ordered two, was only charged for one and received none. Therefore I'd like the one I paid for, plus one more so I can leave here with two. He said he would comp the second pint since they missed it. Cool. However magically the bag with my original order number was right there and had two pints already in it. So, whatever. It gets better. So I drove home and unpacked the bags. All items accounted for so good to go. Mine was a pot roast dinner. Pot roast on sourdough toast, mashed potatoes, broccoli and a roll. Much to my chagrin there was indeed something missing...the meat. How in the world you completely miss the pot roast in a "pot roast dinner" is beyond me. I can only begin to speculate, but I was hungry so I made the 20 minute drive back to the store. Caught the same kid and he promptly had the meal re-made and gave me a coupon for free custard. I got home with my new meal and the roll was missing from this one. But in the end I do have a coupon for a free "Sunday". Not sure what that means, I'd rather have a sundae honestly.
