Food was good, but when I asked for no ketchup on a double quarter pounder, they put it on there. Then on the regular quarter pounder, I asked for no onions and, again, they put them on there. I had a huge order and checked to see if it was all there before I left, but I guess I needed to look under the buns...lol. I went inside for this order so it wouldn't get messed up. I even had her read it back to me. We all make mistakes, but when it comes to special requests on food, they have to be careful because some people can be allergic to certain ingredients.

This is by far the nicest McDonalds that I have ever been to. From restrooms to lobby everything was clean. I order was ready by the time we were done ordering. Will definitely stop in when I am out this way!

My wife spent some time trying to call the survey hotline to get the buy one get one promotion listed on the receipt. After several attempts at dialing the 812 273 4460 number, the staff decided to ridicule her disability and play with her by announcing that they were the city police or would put the phone by the blender, turn it on and then hang up. You can hear them laughing and telling the manager what they were doing and how clever they were. I looked at the receipt myself only to realize that you need to go to their website to fill out the survey. The receipt is poorly printed and the website address was difficult to see. I can understand the problems that our McDonald's is facing, but I do not expect them to comfort themselves by making fun of the disabled. I am responding to their lack of empathy with a great deal of personal rage being held back. I am a former McDonald's employee, before the Big Mac, so I do understand how difficult times can be. Making fun of the disabled is not the way to do business.

Generally pretty fast, there's always a large line but they have 2 lanes that help it go by faster. The staff haven't been as friendly as they are at other restaurants in town during our visit. This location usually gives us very fresh fries where we have to ask the Hanover one for fries with no salt to get fresh ones.

I'm giving it 4 stars only because the girl taking our order was a little rude. The food although was amazing, hot fresh 🍟 and the quarter pounder with cheese made exactly the way I asked

i posted this on facebook but i thought i'd post here too. i rarely go to mcdonald's because the lines are always crazy long whenever i find myself near. but i really felt a craving for my favorite mcdonald's breakfast, so i decided why not, i got nothing else to do today. when i finally get up to the window(actually wasn't that long of a wait, i was quite surprised), i realized i didn't even bring my wallet! i was fully ready to just cancel my order, apologize and figure what to eat when i got home. but the lovely cashier covered it for me!!! ~$12!!!! this is what karma is about! i did the same when i worked at fast food, all the time. not only did it make everything go smoother, it made me feel better knowing i could help someone get their dinner for themselves or their family. to the cashier who paid for my food, thank you for being a good soul! and thank you madison mcdonald's for being so efficient! even the mcdonald's i went to when i lived in indy couldn't compare! you guys are top notch!!
